Not good experience
Pros:

When I arrived, the Indian staff member at reception was extremely rude and arrogant, and his behaviour was highly unprofessional. I had serious doubts about whether he was properly trained or qualified to work as a receptionist. Based on his conduct, I believed he might have been a general worker rather than a professional receptionist.

Cons:

The towels were dirty, stained, and worn out. Breakfast was extremely basic, with only Indian-style options available and no variety. In addition, the staff were rude and unprofessional.

Over all stay was very good and room was comfortable

the Staff was very cooperative and breakfast was good

Cons:

the house keeping requirements, like dental kit, sleeper shall be provide without requiring as it is complimentary and necessary requirements of the guest

الصراحه الاستقبال فنان بس مفروض فيه عروض يعني تسكن اكثر من يومين يكون عليه خصم للثالث يوم
