Nice people but overpriced given limited facilities.
Pros:

Quiet tree lined street with minimal traffic. Afternoon receptionist was delightful. Bags were carried from our car to the upstairs room.

Cons:

Carpet in room was really dirty and worn. No elevator.

Very nice small hotel, great parking, short walk to city center
Pros:

The hotel has a very generous parking and it's a short 15 minute walk to the old town. The room was very big, a bit outdated but comfortable. The staff was great, breakfast was decent and it was good quality for the money.

Cons:

The AC was a bit loud (but nothing impossible to sleep with) and the bathroom needed a bit of love (looked a bit outdated and the tub was a bit high). Make sure to let the very nice people from the hotel know if you have some accessibility issues.

Bardzo dobry hotel w pobliżu historycznej części Splitu.
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, centrum jest w odległości krótkiego spaceru. Pokój czysty i przestronny, klimatyzacja wydajna. Smaczne i urozmaicone śniadanie.

Cons:

Należy mieć na uwadze, że nie ma windy. Dla nas nie był to problem ale niektórym osobom może sprawić kłopot wejście na drugie piętro.

Beyond Our expectations for a night
Pros:

Good and quiet location, about 15 minutes walk to the old town.
Amazing staff, always with a smile, always trying to help, just plain kindness. Simple but spacious room, definitely not needed more for a one night stay. I will definitely go back there if I am in the area
