We have stayed before and there's always a slight smell of sewage
Ground level, it was quieter than I thought, good food on site.
Even though we had a fan it did get very hot( but the weather was extremely hot, , no fridge in rooms.

Friendly staff, good shower,, and relatively good price for the area
The rooms were tired, a bit sad, and - in the summer - way too hot. No AC and just a small fan. The window only opened a tiny bit as well so it made for a pretty uncomfortable night. Additionally, the only breakfast option was a fry up - no fruit or pastries or yoghurt etc - so way behind other budget hotels of this sort which have these.

Shower had a slight odour. Limited breakfast if you didn’t want a cooked breakfast. No air con although a fan was supplied

Clean and tidy throughout lovely decor
The bed was uncomfortable kept waking in the night due to backache
I like dinner room and pub room , bedroom are lovely clear
I didn't like shower room cos horrible smell toilet air I think under floor wood damp old, not nice. Need fix i been close door , I keep open window from bedroom

Soap dispenser on the bathroom wall was too high without standing on top toes (for small people).

Our room was ok but a lot of wallpaper ripped at the bottom behind the desk/ dressing table
