Great little hotel for a quick over night stay. I was travelling alone for work, so was a perfect stop over.
Location wasn't the best as the road system around it meant if you missed your turn, you had to go all the way back around. Not a major issue, but just annoying

HOTEL GOT PAID FOR TWICE! Not happy!
Room was clean, plenty of sockets. Bathroom was modern, shower was drench and standard and the water pressure was fine. I was on the second floor and it was quiet. Radiator gave plenty of heat. Good black out curtains. Toby Breakfast excellent value as always.
Pillows were a bit hard.
Potholes everywhere in the car park.

We had bed bugs bites after leaving the property
Check in was ok and the service at the bar on Saturday was good.
The restaurant set up and layout of the breakfast buffet! Things weren't in a logical manner! The Sunday Lunch was a disaster with staff disappearing and people having to wait for service at the bar. Tables weren't cleared and I had to sit at a table with dishes pilled up. It was the same on other tables.

Huge comfy bed was much appreciated after long hours of driving. Fan provided to help reduce heat in the room.
Lack of temperature control in the rooms. Door jammed and water leaking from around tap.
We had a lovely refurbished room ,very nice and comfortable bed , clean bathroom ,and quiet. Excellent breakfast choice .
Toilet squashed in next to the wash basin and toilet roll holder in an awkward position. Breakfast was good but they have a weird system to get drinks. You have to que up at the bar to get cups by which time your breakfast is cold.
Location and room was fine
Unfortunately we didn't get one bit of sleep due to rooms having people up all night with people coming and going selling drugs and having crack heads staying within the complex!!
I think this hotel is having people funded to stay like ex criminals and druggys.
This was happening all night and I wouldn't recommend staying again.
When we spoke to manager in morning they just were not interested!
Absolutely gutted as is nice hotel and restaurant!!
But if wanna stay alongside crack heads shouting all night and not go sleep then this is it!!
Location for what I needed. Close to where I was working.

Mixed opinion on staffing. Very little acknowledgment at the reception for room. Unmanned reception. Same at the bar.
