古いから、そこを我慢すれば良いのかも
Pros:

海が近くだった

Cons:

洗面所の排水溝の匂いがかなり臭く、家全体に匂いが充満してしまっていた。

それと、部屋の中に装飾品がありすぎて子ども連れだとそこは触るな！とかそれをイタズラしたらダメとか、気が気でない感じで子ども、ペットを連れて行くのにはゆっくり出来ない感じでした。
虫の嫌いな人にはオススメ出来ないかも。注意事項も今まで泊まった一棟貸の宿の中では一番多く、休めない感じでした。

ただ、海までがとても近く子ども達は海で遊べて大満足でした。

自然の中家族向け別荘
Pros:

バーベキュー用具が充実されています。自然公園の中だから空気も綺麗で、星空も都会より美しいです。朝は鳥の囀りが聞こえて気持ちいいです。庭も部屋も広くて凄い開放感、赤ちゃんも広さに興奮してハイハイで探検しました。車で１分（徒歩１０分）のところ朝早く朝食食べれるお店があります。二見浦、鳥羽両方簡単に行けます。

Cons:

カラオケが使えない状態です。キッチンの流しの蛇口が直ぐに外れて落ちてしまいました。この2点が改善されたら是非来年も行きたいと思います。
