The restroom has foul smell coming from the drainage.The water from over head shower doesnt drain.

I called the restaurant on first day many times but no one answered. On the following day i wanted to order a lunch i called the other number provided by Mr Ahmed from reception. The guy on who answered my has started speaking in Hindi and Bangla. I told him English or Arabic. I said i want to order a lunch but he said no chef and no one to cook!😤😤. The building need to refurbish.Employee should have basic knowledge of hospitality training course.
They never smile or greet the guest properly. One guy there was frowning. Only Ahmed was accomodating and freindly
