For security reasons THE SAME CREDIT CARD USED TO GUARANTEE THE BOOKING MUST BE PRESENT UPON CHECK-IN in order to finalize the pre-authorization and/or verify the cardholder. In case guest is unable to provide the same credit card, another valid payment method will be requested.

- Upon check-in CREDITCARD (Visa/Mastercard) details will be requested in order to guarantee the extras and any incidentals, room damages.
- To provide the credit card details is MANDATORY, if not, the hotel will pre-authorize 500 Euro as a guarantee. The settlement of the extras will be requested each time the sum is reached, while the pre-authorization will be voided upon check-out.

We absolutely loved our stay and every other member of staff was wonderful. Unfortunately, our final day was overshadowed by an interaction with a front desk staff member, Anna Marie.

This was not about the hotel’s room service policy. We simply asked for cutlery after collecting our takeaway, and another staff member initially told us it would be delivered. Anna Marie then intervened, raised her voice at both her colleague and us, and told us we had to collect it ourselves. A simple “no” would have been perfectly fine.

What upset us most was that she then followed us to the restaurant and later stood outside reception watching us as we walked back to our room. As tourists, we found this genuinely intimidating and unnecessary. This is the first time we have ever felt the need to complain about a member of hotel staff. Aside from this isolated incident, our stay was truly wonderful.

Une incroyable découverte
Pros:

Le Bliss est un hôtel incroyable. Le petit déjeuner avec vue sur l’océan vous fait démarrer la journée du bon pied. La vue est tellement reposante. Les chambre sont spatieuses, propre et décorée avec goût. La literie est très confortable. La piscine entre les roches de granits vous permets de vous prélasser après une longue journée à crapahuter.

Cons:

La route qui traverse l’hôtel n’est pas très sécurisée, peut être qu’un passage piéton pourrait être intéressant.

Super séjour, accueil chaleureux, cadre magnifique et service impeccable !
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Bliss. L’accueil a été particulièrement chaleureux, avec une équipe toujours souriante, attentionnée et à l’écoute de nos demandes.

Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié et délicieux, un vrai plaisir pour bien commencer la journée. Les deux restaurants de l’hôtel, les pieds dans le sable, offrent un cadre magnifique et une ambiance très agréable.

La plage, la piscine et la décoration de l’établissement créent une atmosphère paisible et pleine de charme. Enfin, le ménage des chambres est irréprochable, tout est parfaitement entretenu.

Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter et y reviendrions avec grand plaisir !

Magnifico hotel boutique a Glacis
Pros:

Meravigliosa posizione, molto meglio che a Beau Vallon. Il giardino tropicale è magnifico e ben curato. L’arredamento ben scelto. I buffet sono eccellenti sia per colazione che per cena, e lo staff molto attento e premuroso. Bravi!

Niente. Non capisco come ci sia gente che si lamenta, ho trovato questo hotel ottimo.

Der richtige Platz um einen Inselurlaub zu beginnen.
Pros:

Dies war unser zweiter Besuch im Hotel - die Location hat auch dieses Mal die Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Ausstattung der gesamten Anlage vermittelte ein positives Inselfeeling, einschließlich des Strandzugangs. Die Auswahl zwischen täglich thematisch wechselnden Buffets und der Möglichkeit auch à la carte im Restaurant zu essen war sehr angenehm.

Cons:

In der Reisevorbereitung schienen die Zuständigkeiten zwischen Dem Hotel direkt und Booking nicht klar geregelt zu sein. Nach etwas hin-und-her hat es aber dann ganz gut geklappt.

Mind-blowing serene experience
Pros:

Our stay was mind-blowingly wonderful, we were allocated the most beautiful and largest suite in the direct beach access and it was phenomenal. Staff was exceptional and helpful in all ways, accommodating our need for very early check-in and check-out and supplying us with 5 ltr water to our room . I appreciated the kindness and non-intrusive service from all workers there. It felt like they are genuinely nice people. Breakfasts were varied from melas made on requests to cakes, fruit and lovely thick fresh juice (try papaya on!!-bliss!), pastries and amazing glazed little sausages to even occasional Asian noodles with veg- although unusual I was in heaven at 8am! Same goes for themed dinners and offerings at Rockpool restaurant. Creole cuisine was right up my street and very surprising flavours in curries and fish sauces. Views from restaurants were amazing, decor was a rustic dream and cocktails to die for. Glacis beach is fantastic and we had no need to stay on any other beach it was so spectacular. Pool posed a bit of an issue for my husband with mobility issues (staff even offered to drive him up there) but when we got there it was a pleasant little oasis among vegetation worth climbing for.. Most rooms are located on a very steep hill. in fact to consider. Water in bathroom, air-con were working perfectly. Bed was comfortable as I get a back ache normally on an improper one in most places. I loved the privacy, seclusion of the experience, dotted with some very good live music entertainment or DJ during dinners. During our stay in May average age of guests was well over 40 or 50 y.o which suited us immensely. We will go back if only we have a chance as it was a pure blissful paradise.

Hôtel très agréable pour explorer le nord de l'île
Pros:

Hôtel très cosy. Nourriture excellente à un prix correct. Spot fabuleux pour assister au coucher de soleil. Chambre très spacieuse.
Accès à la piscine et à la plage.
Personnel parlant (entre autre) français et très souriant, prévenant.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner un peu tardif (8h) si on veut aller explorer l'île.
