The staff were very welcoming. The breakfast is wonderful.
The pool looked unclean, disappointing as no one felt it good enough to try out. Watch out the entrance to the bathroom is low, we hit our heads a few times.
Único ponto positivo é a chilena que trabalha no hotel, que foi uma querida. Do mais o hotel é PÉSSIMO.
Se você vai viajar para a Capadócia FUJA desse hotel. O café da manhã é péssimo, as frutas (melão e melancia) estavam com gosto estragado. A recepção tem um cheiro muito forte de cigarro, a piscina não é igual da foto, ela estava SUPER SUJA, impossível de utilizar. O quarto é pequeno, com aparência de sujo, o banheiro é minúsculo e teve um dia que a água acabou. A bomba quebrou e ficamos sem água, entendo que imprevistos acontecem, mas o dono do hotel não disponibilizou água para os hóspedes, tivemos que pedir água para poder tomar banho (de canequinha!) e fazer nossas necessidades básicas. A vista é realmente linda, os balões passam em cima do hotel, mas qualquer hotel na Capadócia é possível ver os balões pela manhã, a maioria dos hotéis em Goreme ficam numa região estratégica para ver os balões. Vale a pena pagar um pouco mais e ficar em um hotel melhor, esse realmente não vale a pena.

Gli unici aspetti positivi:
La posizione è sicuramente ottima e permette di godere di una bella vista, anche se bisogna affrontare una salita davvero ripidissima per raggiungere la struttura. La vista è molto bella, ma va detto che a Göreme praticamente qualsiasi struttura situata in posizione panoramica può offrire un bel panorama, quindi non la considererei un motivo sufficiente per compensare le numerose criticità riscontrate.
Deludente e assolutamente non all’altezza delle aspettative
Purtroppo la nostra esperienza al Center Cave House è stata decisamente negativa e, considerando il prezzo e le aspettative legate alla struttura, ci aspettavamo molto di più.
1. Colazione pessima
La colazione è stata una delle maggiori delusioni: pochissima scelta, poche referenze e qualità complessivamente insoddisfacente. Per una struttura che si presenta come struttura turistica, ci si aspetterebbe decisamente un’offerta migliore e più curata.
2. Una mattinata senza luce e acqua: un disagio enorme, soprattutto con un bambino di due anni
Il problema più grave si è verificato quando siamo rimasti per tutta una mattinata senza elettricità e senza acqua, con il generatore della struttura guasto.
Ci è stato detto che si trattava di un problema che riguardava tutta la città. Tuttavia, chiedendo direttamente ad altre strutture nelle vicinanze, abbiamo scoperto che non era affatto così, cosa che ci ha lasciati molto perplessi.
Il disagio è stato ancora maggiore perché eravamo con un bambino di appena due anni: rimanere senza acqua ed elettricità per diverse ore, con un bambino piccolo, significa non poter gestire con normalità nemmeno le esigenze più basilari, dall’igiene alla preparazione di ciò che serve per il bambino. Non stiamo parlando quindi di un semplice inconveniente, ma di una situazione che avrebbe richiesto molta più attenzione e assistenza da parte della struttura.
Quello che ci ha infastidito maggiormente è stato proprio l’atteggiamento del titolare, che abbiamo percepito come totalmente poco curante e poco interessato al disagio degli ospiti. In una situazione del genere ci saremmo aspettati almeno disponibilità, comunicazione chiara e un minimo di interesse nel cercare di aiutare i clienti.
3. Pulizia decisamente migliorabile
Anche sotto il profilo della pulizia siamo rimasti molto delusi.
La atención excelente. Leo sabe inglés muy bien y cualquier cosa que necesites el encantado de ayudarte. Tienen muchos tours con buen precio. Y un día antes saben si los globos salen o no, ellos encantados de decirte. La piscina y la terraza increíble para ver el atardecer y la ciudad o simplemente estar. Ubicación perfecta en medio del centro. Está al lado de la estación de autobuses. LO MEJOR DEL HOTEL EL RECEPCIONISTA DE 4 PATAS MUFY
Le personnel de l’Hostel était très accueillant et familier, et permettait de réserver des activités à Gorëme. De plus, l’Hostel est très bien situé au cœur de la ville, proche des points de vue pour observer les levers et couchers de soleil. L’ambiance générale était très agréable.

È Stato bellissimo, più delle miei aspettative
The staff was very friendly. Rebeca and Lion are the best. Rebeca give me tips to make my traveling better, we went for a walk together with the lovely Mafi, the owner hostal doggy, and event took us pictures in a nice spots of Göreme.
Lion notice my birthday was a couple day ago my visit, and he congratulate and even give me a present.
Some of the guests ask for scramble eggs for breakfast, they were not able to cooked it that day, however next day instead having the boiling eggs they usually offered for breakfast, they offer scramble eggs.
All of them are very nice , and make you feel welcome. Very attentive to make you stay like you are in a friend's house.
Location: great! Just 2 streets from the town center. Very convenient to watch the Air Balloons , and do many activities around.
