4pm check-in feels a tad late, hope the property can reconsider adjusting this to the standard 3pm next time considering their check-out is 11am

Good location, good connections to all the main areas in Tokyo.
Our room had not been cleaned, the customer care ice was repos e and the next day they cleaned it. There was a constat smell of sweat, probably from the mattress. We stayed for 7 nights and asked them to clean our room again and change our bedsheets and towels. For the cleaning they said they will check with the staff and let me know and for the towels they told me basically to wash them myself.
The location was good and the apartment was modern and with good furnishings and facilities/amenities. But...
When arrived late in the evening on our first night we noticed an unusual odor. When we turned on the HVAC we noticed a musty odor and upon closer inspection we discovered that the entire wall unit was covered with black mold on the inside. We notified the owner and allowed them access the next day to address the issue. When we returned that evening we discovered that the wall unit was still filled with black mold. The owner said their cleaning people had cleaned the filter, but of course that did not address the problem. We left the property after one night and went to stay at another hotel. We currently trying to receive a refund through Booking.com.
Ideaal verblijf voor meerdere dagen in Tokyo. Lekker ruim en eigen wasmachine. Voor ontbijt zijn er voldoende mogelijkheden in de buurt. Metro op loopafstand en de 7-Eleven op 50 meter.
Location was good though a very touristy part of Tokyo. The smart bath was an added bonus.
The property had a poor smell most likely from body odour from the previous guest. Even though there is a balcony, there is not enough air flow in the apartment. Should not be an issue for a short stay.
Great flat in a great location. We stayed here about 4 years ago and were pleased to see that the flat was still in very good condition. The management seems to have changed with everything handled remotely but check in was easy and comms were very good. We would certainly stay again if we get the chance to visit Tokyo again.

We stayed a week and were very happy with our stay. We found the location very convenient with easy access to the metro and Tokyo train stations. The photos are true to reality. The apartment was clean, comfortable and modern. Communication with the host was fast and efficient. Apart from dish washing the kitchen performed well. There are plenty of small supermarkets in the area, we found the Hanamasa stores to have the best range.
The dishwasher did not function (all the internals seemed to have been removed) and washing dishes was a pain. The sink didn’t have a plug and there were no dish cloths to wash or dry dishes. Instructions in English for the washing machine would have been helpful.
