Pros:

Nice location, we were able to stay in car park after check out this was extremely helpful.
Nice staff, clean rooms

Parking - there was a regatta on that weekend, I booked months beforehand so they should have told me that I may struggle to park. I had to park in a different area and walk to the yacht club. Not acceptable. I only booked here as there was parking.

Fabulous location!
Pros:

Location amazing overlooking all.the boats. Lovely little room, with ensuite shower. There was a fan which was very much appreciated. The staff were so friendly- we went to see Take That at St Mary's stadium and the following morning the staff wanted to hear all about it. Coffee and bacon butties on the verandah in the sunshine was the icing on the cake!

Very relaxing vibe at this prestigious Royal club.
Pros:

The Property is right on the shoreline of the Hamble and as you would expect, the vibe is all about the water and boating.
All the good local amenities are close by and only a short walk away.
The restaurant and bar and large patio look over the river offering a really realxing vibe.
