Great hotel for short stay with great staff and good restaurant
Pros:

Perfect pick-up at the airport, nice room and facilities. Also the restaurant in the hotel had great food. We were invited for a quiz night with local youth, which was great fun. Also the staff and owners were super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The location around is not exciting, but we only stayed for one night, to catch the international flight to J’burg.

Pros:

My stay was incredible. I would like to especially thank a lady working at the counter, her name is Lindiwe.. she made my stay so comfortable and easy. And helped me alot. An Absolutely exceptional young lady. I will definitely stay here every time I am in zim and there is no place better. Honestly. I enjoyed my stay.

Average for more than $200 per night. I was underwhelmed.
Pros:

There was no reception, no tea or coffee in the rooms and the restaurant did not really cater for paying guests
