Pros:

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Zimmer waren liebevoll eingerichtet und die Betten/Matratzen hervorragend.

Cons:

Meine körperlich eingeschränkten Eltern hatten extreme Schwierigkeiten die Treppe zu überwinden, hier wäre ein Treppen-Lift angebracht, da ein Fahrstuhl nicht vorhanden war. Auch waren die Toiletten im Zimmer sehr niedrig, so dass die alten Menschen Schwierigkeiten beim Aufstehen hatten.

Pros:

Tolles Zimmer und ein sehr ausgewogenes gutes Frühstück dazu. Service und Freundlichkeit werden hier ganz groß
geschrieben. Ich war von der Ankunft bis Abreise sehr zufrieden.

Tolle zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage mit Parkplatz, sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Zimmer mit Dachterrasse und ein vielseitiges Frühstück.

Gastgeber mit Tradition, und das merkt man
Pros:

Schönes, alteingesessenes Hotel und Restaurant im Herzen von Heiden, mit ansprechenden Zimmer und einem üppigen Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Ich wüsste nichts zu benennen, es war rundum gut. Für eine 10 von 10 fehlte allenfalls ein Hauch, die spare ich mir für Fälle auf, wo es wirklich noch mal das eine unerwartete Extra mehr gibt. Wir waren aber von Ankunft bis Abreise sehr zufrieden.
