Zimmer war schön und mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet.

Cons:

Insgesamt hatte ich einen guten Aufenthalt. Das ursprünglich von mir gebuchte Zimmer war bei meiner Anreise nicht verfügbar, weshalb ich zunächst ein anderes Zimmer erhalten habe. Später wurde ich in das eigentlich gebuchte Zimmer umquartiert.

Die Hotelleitung hat mir die Situation anschließend freundlich erklärt. Es handelte sich offenbar um ein Kommunikationsproblem, da mir bei der Anreise nicht mitgeteilt wurde, dass das erste Zimmer nur eine vorübergehende Lösung war. Laut Hotel wurde mehrfach versucht, mich telefonisch zu erreichen. Die Anrufe scheinen jedoch nicht bei meinem Handy angekommen zu sein, da mir keine verpassten Anrufe angezeigt wurden.

Trotzdem war es für mich zunächst ein unangenehmes Gefühl, festzustellen, dass meine persönlichen Sachen während meiner Abwesenheit von Mitarbeitern in ein anderes Zimmer gebracht wurden. Auch wenn ich die Gründe dafür inzwischen nachvollziehen kann und nichts fehlte, hätte ich mir eine vorherige Information oder eine deutlichere Kommunikation gewünscht.

Positiv hervorheben möchte ich, dass die Chefin sich Zeit genommen hat, die Situation ausführlich zu erklären und auf meine Fragen einzugehen. Daher vergebe ich insgesamt eine positive Bewertung mit einem kleinen Abzug für die Kommunikation beim Zimmerwechsel.

Pros:

Nous avons passé 2 nuits ici et la chambre était exactement comme sur les photos (2 lits simples, bureau, canapé etc). C'était propre, les lits sont confortables et elle est bien équipée.
Il y a le mini bar (qui malheureusement ne fonctionnait pas) mais aussi des bouteilles d'eau, du thé, café, sucre, des gobelets et une bouilloire. Dans la salle de bain il y a du savon mains, gel douche, sèche cheveux, lisseur ainsi que 2 serviettes par personne et un tapis de bain.
Pour l'arrivée il suffit juste de se présenter au restaurant, ce fût rapide. Nous avons aussi vu des boîtes à clefs donc je pense qu'il est possible d'arriver n'importe quand après 14h (voir avec eux en amont).
En ce qui concerne le stationnement nous avons trouvé dans la rue (gratuit) car il n'y a que 3 places sur le parking.

Cons:

Les points négatifs sont l'escalier très raide donc pas possible d'accès pour tout le monde, les rideaux qui ne sont pas du tout occultant, le parquet qui craque et on entend beaucoup ceux du dessus marcher.

Kostenloses Parken, Betten bequem, nah an der S Bahn Station. Personal bemüht.

Cons:

Alle Türen quietschen stark. Es ist sehr hellhörig, wenn andere Gäste im Flur sind bzw. Aufs Zimmer gehen. Heizung im Bad hat leider nicht funktioniert. In unserem Zimmer gab es ein "Fenster" zum Badezimmer, sodass man vom Bett aus auf dem Klo beobachtet werden konnte.
Die Treppen ins Obergeschoss sind sehr steil. Leider nur ein kleiner Mülleimer im Bad, sonst kein Mülleimer auf dem Zimmer. Abdeckung von der Lüftung vor dem Fenster klappert die ganze Zeit, auch nachts. Stuhl im Zimmer fiel fast auseinander
