Pros:

La posizione è perfetta per visitare i posti vicino, c'è un bellissimo panorama ed è sempre fresco.
Il Signor Antonio è molto gentile ed accogliente , la colazione con brioche calde tutte le mattine.
La camera era silenziosa con tutti i comfort e sempre pulita e profumata.

Cons:

Nulla era tutto perfetto.

The real Italy's kindness, scenery, history, hospitality.
Pros:

I especially loved the people and the location. Very clean. Because the people were so helpful and kind, I simply had to rate the hotel as exceptional in all categories. The view from my room was extraordinary, and there are a pharmacy, post office, bar and truly exceptional restaurant just down the street. I was happy not to see another tourist but I hope this hotel flourishes with many guests.

Cons:

I did not mind at all that the hotel is modest and the rooms are simple and basic, but guests should know that is what to expect. There was an issue with air conditioning (being repaired) and electrical power, but I would expect it is all being repaired.

Pros:

Non riuscivo a trovare alberghi su Gaeta e Formia e ho dormito una sola notte ad Esperia. Albergo con struttura non nuovissima, ma tenuto molto bene. È situato in un piccolo paese tranquillissimo. Pulizia top, il proprietario è molto gentile. Ottimo il rapporto qualità - prezzo.

Excellent value for a very nice place to stay in Esperia

The family that owns the business was very kind and accommodating. The room was extremely clean. The croissant for breakfast was incredibly good.
