The property offers breathtaking views and a beautiful sea (both 10/10), with spacious and comfortable rooms (9/10). However, the experience is let down by several operational issues, inconsistent service, and pricing that is difficult to justify.
The room had a few frustrating problems, including an impossible-to-regulate shower temperature, poor bathroom drainage that caused water to spread into the room, and a presence detection system that switched off the air conditioning during the night.
The main pool was pleasant (8/10), although the Maserati Lounge remained empty throughout our stay and seemed to serve no real purpose.
Food quality was inconsistent. Breakfast (6.5/10) had a decent Turkish selection, but the rest was average, with noticeable day-to-day inconsistencies in preparation, presentation, and portion sizes. Lunch (4/10) was particularly disappointing, as the main restaurant was closed, leaving only a limited snack menu and a sushi bar that appeared to be permanently unattended. Dinner (7/10) offered decent flavors and generous portions, with standout dishes such as the octopus confit and salads, though some menu restrictions suggested certain dishes may have been pre-prepared.
To make matters worse, both the food and drinks are significantly overpriced for the quality and consistency offered. The prices set expectations for a luxury dining experience, but the execution simply does not justify the cost.
Guests with cat allergies should be aware that several resident cats roam freely inside the main restaurant, often approaching dining tables, which detracted from the dining experience.
Cocktails (6/10) also lacked consistency, with the same drinks varying noticeably from one order to the next.
A final concern was guest privacy. During our stay, another guest was flying a drone around the property.

Das Frühstück war fantastisch , reichhaltig , Kaffee lecker , top top top . Das Zimmer sehr schön , die Betten super , der Pool , die Aussicht , die Ruhe , das ganze Gelände toll , der untere Bereich am Meer atemberaubend schön ,das a la carte Essen lecker und preislich ok , geht auch auf dem Zimmer / am Pool ebenso wie das Frühstück . Casablanca gesehen abds Freilichtbühne , mehrfach auch Muskik/Jazz Trios , alles unaufgeregt .Super zum Entspannen . Super Klimaanlage .

Equipe réactive et aux petits soins des clients. Nous avons passé un merveilleux anniversaire de mariage grâce à eux, des petits cadeaux (gateaux, déco, endroit VIP), l'environnement est paradisiaque, l'agencement des lieux est parfait, la beauté des couchers de soleil, le petit dejeuner extremement copieux, l'accueil, le service et le sourire du personnel, en particulier Yasmeen, Momo & Nurgul mais bien sûr de tous les autres dont nous ne connaissons pas les prénoms. La qualité des plats sont gastronomique. Les chambres sont incroyables, nous en avons fait 3, un upgrade à chaque fois pour au final même avoir une piscine chauffée, incroyable. Si on le pouvait, bien sur qu'on reviendrait.

Our stay at Love Faralya was simply exceptional. Everything came together to create an unforgettable experience: breathtaking views perched on the cliffs of Faralya in the beautiful Dalaman region, a peaceful and magical atmosphere, and above all, absolutely impeccable service.

A huge thank you to the entire team for taking such wonderful care of us from beginning to end, with a very special mention to Yasmine. Her kindness, professionalism, warmth, and genuine attention made our stay even more memorable. We didn’t feel like guests at a hotel we felt truly welcomed and cared for.

The food was equally outstanding: delicious flavors, high-quality ingredients, and every meal prepared with care and attention. Everything was simply perfect.

Great comms overall - before and throughout. Friendly staff and welcome. Birthday cake on arrival was a sweet touch. Amazing views from the room (we were offered an upgrade which was lovely).

C’était encore mieux que sur les photos!

Un séjour merveilleux dans un cadre splendide, avec des infrastructures de grande qualité. Le petit-déjeuner est généreux et savoureux. Le restaurant offre une vue exceptionnelle et une belle carte, avec une délicate attention du chef qui prend le temps de s’assurer que tout se passe bien. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse, avec une mention spéciale à ceux qui parlent français. La chambre, dotée d’un jacuzzi, est très agréable. Quelques moustiques sont présents, mais tout le nécessaire est prévu. Pour mon départ matinal, l’équipe a même eu la délicate attention de me préparer un en-cas à emporter pour la route. Une adresse que je recommande vivement et où je reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Merci à toute l’équipe !
