This hotel is perfect. It is clean, conveniently located near beautiful beaches, and all the staff were friendly and very helpful.
My check-in was handled by Beatriz, a very pleasant young lady who accommodated all of my requests and recommended a lovely nearby restaurant for brunch.
My check-out was completed by Carla, who was very kind. Since my flight was later that day, I was allowed to continue using the hotel facilities until it was time to leave. From the moment I arrived until the end of my stay, I was treated with courtesy and professionalism.
Thank you all for making my short break so enjoyable. I would happily stay here again.
I liked everything about this hotel, except for the hamburger I ordered at the pool bar. The first one was very undercooked, so I sent it back. The replacement was cooked, but it wasn't very nice and had no flavor, so I didn't eat it.

La chambre est propre et confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est servi sous forme de buffet, avec un choix varié allant de viennoiseries, comme des croissants et du café, à des options plus copieuses, telles que des omelettes, des fruits frais et des spécialités locales.
L'établissement bénéficie également d'un excellent emplacement, à proximité des principales attractions, des restaurants et des transports en commun. Cette situation est un véritable atout.
Je n'ai pas apprécié la moquette dans l'hôtel, qui ne semblait pas très propre. En revanche, le personnel était accueillant, aimable et professionnel.
