Bom mas podia ser melhor
Pros:

Quarto espaçoso, cama confortável, staff muito prestável. Pequeno almoço foi bom.

Cons:

Casa de banho antiquada, apenas uma adaptação para modernizar mas mal conseguida. Chuveiro partido. Sem secador.
Elevador lento e apenas 1 disponível.
Acesso a piscina apenas por escadas.
Acessos um pouco confusos sendo que nao tem indicações no lobby/elevador de onde as coisas ficam.
Blackouts dos quartos deixam entrar luz

Didn't leave us with a great impression
Pros:

Ok breakfast, did not feel it matched up to reviews and not a lot of choice.
Room was good - appreciate the bed arrangements we requested before going there and the room was clean. View from our room was also nice (pool view with sea in background).

Cons:

Corner of the shower was too close to the sink/mirror so kept hitting foot/tripping over it. Water was cold and filed a complaint - 2-3 mentions of this to reception who brought engineer up to our room and they both insisted the water was hot when it was not. We then had a manager come up to inspect the water and she mentioned this is the temperature of all water in Portugal (they keep it cooler on purpose). We said it was not hot and lukewarm at best. She moved us to a different room after engineer tested water in that room, and it was a bit warmer which was more suitable. However the inconvenience was an issue (problem started 2am in the morning, didn't get someone to come and look until 12pm that day, and we spent hours of our holiday trying to sort this out).
Location in Cascais - hotel location was not great as not much to do there, only a casino and train station.

It was a nice hotel and comfortable stay for the price. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Pros:

The air conditioner worked very well to keep the room cool. That was very important especially during a heat wave. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The shower door went only half way so the water came out into the bathroom every time we took a shower. We needed extra towels for all the water.

Desde nuestra llegada, el trato recibido por el personal de recepción fue excepcional. Su amabilidad, profesionalidad y disposición para ayudarnos en todo momento hicieron que nos sintiéramos bienvenidos desde el primer instante.

Destacar también la atención recibida en los restaurantes Divino y Massa Fina, donde disfrutamos de una excelente experiencia gastronómica, así como el magnífico servicio del Bar Soul & Blues, cuyo ambiente y la cordialidad de su equipo contribuyeron a hacer nuestras veladas especialmente agradables.

El impecable estado de la habitación durante toda la estancia. La comodidad de la habitación, junto con las maravillosas vistas, hicieron que cada día fuera una auténtica experiencia de descanso y bienestar.

Asimismo, agradecer los bonitos detalles de las invitaciones para disfrutar del Té de la Tarde y de la excelente botella de vino del Alentejo, gestos que reflejan el cuidado y la atención que Vila Galé dedica a sus huéspedes y que hicieron nuestra estancia aún más especial.

Nos marchamos con un recuerdo magnífico y con la certeza de que volveremos en el futuro. Igualmente, recomendaremos su hotel a familiares y amigos con la total confianza de que disfrutarán de una experiencia tan satisfactoria como la nuestra.

Pros:

Kind and helpful staff, good swimming pool, tasty breakfast ….

Cons:

It might be a good idea to add a full-length mirror to the room, so guests can see themselves from head to toe before going out. There seems to be plenty of wall space next to the wardrobe for one.

It’s a relatively inexpensive addition, but it would make the room feel much more comfortable and convenient, especially for female guests.

Estadia curta mas muito agradável. Vamos voltar em breve.

A localização é excelente. O atendimento e todo o staff, na receção, no bar e no restaurante foram excelentes.

Cons:

O único senão foi não haver local para estacionar no vosso estacionamento. mas ficou resolvido no dia seguinte.
