Pros:

Nagyon jó helyen van, fizetős és szabad strand is pár perces gyalogtávolságban van. A központ 1 óŕás sétával is elérhető. Bevásárló központ a közelben. Remek Spa, szauna, bel- és kültéri medencék.

Cons:

Nem volt olyan nap, hogy a galambok ne szarták volna össze az erkélyen lévő székeket. Először kértem takarítást, de mivel a második alkalom után sem jött senki, így magunk takarítottuk a székeket minden nap! Jó lenne, ha valami galambriasztót beszereznének és alkalmaznának! Ez nagyon gusztustalan.

Good place to stay, but not for too long
Pros:

Cons:

Food is exactly the same every day in the morning.
Hotel requires a bit or renovation in general.
I wish at least one pool could be heated (at least for kids)

Anyway, the hotel is deserved to stay and choose.
Pros:

1.Breakfast is very good with lots of choices.
2.Pool is nice and a big spa, but the pool depth is a little higher than child such as 8 years old.
3.Big room with good design, comfortable.
4.There is few TV channels in English, it is difficult to understand local languages in some degree.

Cons:

Nobody actively comes to discuss with us regarding the child's club or activities, i think this need to improve.
But we enjoyed playing pool table, table tennis,etc.

Desiludido com este Pestana. Publicidade enganosa!
Pros:

O local era sossegado. Hotel com uma boa piscina exterior e um jardim bonito, com vistas para o mar.

Cons:

Hotel cotado 5* mas na realidade é um 4, algo antigo e a precisar de manutenção, quartos banho com banheira, sanita a abanar, ar condicionado ruidoso, banho turco a precisar de obras, funciona mal. Pequeno almoço razoável, mas de 4* ou 3*, sumos muito aguados, ovos mexidos medianos, ananás mt vezes verde, podiam ter mais variedade de bolos (todos os dias a mesma coisa). O jantar era bom mas devia ter uma zona bem maior para as pessoas se servirem, dado o tamanho grande do hotel. Havia um assador de carnes na chapa mas só serviram um dia e acabou a carne! Há 8 anos ficamos no Pestana Promenade (4*) melhor do que este. Queriam cobrar 15€ por dia para estacionar o carro, mt caro, atendendo a que num parque ao lado se pagava menos!
