L'hôtel est très bien situé en plein centre historique.
Le petit déjeuner est très varié et copieux.
La gentillesse de l'hôtesse d'accueil est top.
S'il n'y a pas de places sur le parking de l'hôtel, il y a des places devant l'hôtel pour la nuit car c'est gratuit de 20h à 8h. Bon à savoir.

Superbe hôtel confortable et très central
Pros:

Superbe chambre vue cathédrale, spacieuses, confortable emplacement central et parking à quelques minutes à pied!

Oudbollig maar comfortabel op een perfecte locatie
Pros:

Elke avond live muziek te horen op het balkon, met uitzicht op een plein en toren midden in het centrum. Aerobus stopt dicht bij.
Ontbijt was prima verzorgd. Interieur is oud, maar wel schoon en comfortabel

Ve víru dění
Pros:

Fantastická poloha, víc ve středu dění už být snad ani nejde. Hotel je uz starší, ale velice čistý. Slečna recepční byla velice ochotná a milá. Zároveň připravovala i sňídaně. Jídlo bylo dobré.

Cons:

Při příchodu jsem si hned nevšimla mosazného zvonku na rámu dveří a nemohla se dostat dovnitř. Naštěstí po chvilce šli jiní hosté, kteří již fintu znali.
Matrace mají nějaký igelitový chranič, který v noci šustí.

Alojamiento agradable y cómodo para conocer el centro de la ciudad
Pros:

Está en el mismo centro de la ciudad. Es muy cómodo para ir a todas partes andando, tienes todo cerca. La cama era cómoda y la habitación tenía lo básico, aunque echamos en falta tener una neverita.

Cons:

El parking del hotel no está en el mismo hotel, sino a 7 minutos a pie. Puede ser un poco rollo para el tema de dejar/recoger las maletas si llevas mucho equipaje. Me pareció un precio muy alto para una sola noche

Very difficult staff, he made the initial check in process nearly impossible!

My husband and I checked in at midnight after our flight. The man on reception said he didn’t have a record of our reservation. After about 20 mins he found our reservation. Before we travelled the hotel confirmed we had booked a parking space in the private parking spot. When we asked the man be said there was no parking and we could use the street parking in front of the hotel. After a lot of pushing he eventually gave us a ticket for the private parking. The private parking is a 20 min walk from the hotel which was not made clear in advance. My husband speaks Portuguese so the issues were not as a result of a language barrier.
