отличное расположение в центре города, прекрасный вид с террасы, доброжелательный персонал
Pros:

Отличное расположение в центре города, близко море, кафе, рестораны. Прекрасный вид с террасы и с балкона на крыши города. Приятный и доброжелательный персонал. Стильный антикварный интерьер соответствует стилю здания.

Pros:

La atencion y amabilidad de Mónica, personal de recepción cuando llegamos, aun siendo de noche.
La ubicacion, sin ruidos estando en pleno centro enfrente de la catedral.
El tamaño de la habitación y la terraza.

Cons:

La actitud de la señora de recepción de la mañana y su absoluta falta de interés en comunicarse en otro idioma que no fuera portugués o con portugueses.
La sala para el desayuno no es muy grande.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, wenn man mitten im Geschehen von Funchal sein möchte.

Cons:

Das Hotelzimmer war dreckig. Viele Haare auf dem Boden, Staub in der Ecke und Flecken auf der Bettdecke.
Das Frühstück ist nicht empfehlenswert.
Der Parkplatz ist praktisch, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist. Hierzu stehen aber falsche Infos in der Hotelbeschreibung. Anstatt 5 Minuten Fußweg sind es locker 10 Minuten - erst recht, wenn man schwere Koffer dabei hat. Die Einfahrt auf den Parkplatz ist sehr uneben. Man muss sehr aufpassen, dass man mit dem Auto nicht aufsetzt.

Pros:

De locatie, midden in het centrum, en het balkon waar je heerlijk buiten kan zitten

Cons:

Meubilair is erg gedateerd en de tv deed het niet. De buitenverlichting op het balkon was ook defect

OK, if you want to explore Funchal City
Pros:

Location is very fine for exploring downtown Funchal. Small hotel, but a good choice for a few days in downtown Funchal.

Cons:

More a B&B than a hotel (no restaurant, bar, not any service during the day). No parking anywhere nearby (= don’t bring a rental car😎)

Barulho, vindo da Rua.

Incomodo toda a noite, não sei, ser por ser no 5º andar fosse o Ar Condicionado no Terraço, ou o barulho do ar Condicionada dos quartos ao lado ...
