Nigdy więcej nie skorzystam z usług tego hotelu
Pros:

Śniadanie skromne-, ale świeże. Natomiast drugiego dnia pani w tym pomieszczeniu wrzasnęła na moją 72 letnią mamę po angielku : room number. Wydaje mi się że nadal Gdańsk należy do Polski i takim językiem się posługujemy. I może trochę i ogłady np zacznijmy od Dzień dobry

Brak sprzątania pokoi. Na moją prośbę trzeciego dnia pobytu o sprzątnięcie - pani nie sprzątnęła pokoju i jeszcze bezczelnie skłamała, że to zrobiła. Pokój był z " widokiem na miasto" pod oknem znajdowała się metalowa kładka która bardzo się tłukła jak ktoś po niej chodził.

Läget var perfekt, nära till sevärdheter. Skön säng.

Cons:

Väldigt litet rum, inga sänglampor. Duschen var i en duschkabin som var trång. Frukosten var okej men önskat lite mer att välja på.

Good Location, but the Hotel Seems Understaffed
Pros:

The hotel has a very good location with easy access to the main attractions and surrounding area.
Overall, the stay was acceptable, and the location was definitely the strongest aspect of the experience.

Cons:

- Only two small soap packets were provided for two people staying two nights, which was not sufficient.
- When we asked the reception for additional soap, the staff responded in an unfriendly and unhelpful manner.
- Breakfast was very crowded, especially on Sunday morning. The staff struggled to keep up with refilling food and supplies.
- Upon arrival, the curtain in our room had fallen down. We reported the issue, but it was never fixed during our stay, which made the room very bright early in the morning.
- There was old bed linen left on a chair in the room when we arrived.
- Housekeeping appeared to be under significant pressure, and the overall cleanliness and attention to detail suffered as a result.

Hotellet ligger rett ved gamlebyen. 100 m fra elva. Ganske stille i selve hotellet. Frokosten var helt grei.

Cons:

Om en ikke får sove var det irriterende signal lyder utenfra hotellet.
Rengjøring på rommet var fraverende i de 4 dagene vi var der. Flekkete vegg til vegg teppe på gulv.
Lite blikk kontakt fra resepsjonen.
