Niezmiernie miła Pani w respekcie. Bardzo pomocna i życzliwa (nie znam imienia, ma blond włosy)
Śniadania mogłyby być lepsze.
Byłem rok temu i teraz i były takie same- gdyby były bardzo smaczne to byłby nawet plus -;)

The hotel interior is from the beginning of the century. Parking is on the lower level of the hotel, very tight entrance, barely made the turn with very small car, they charge extra for the parking. During check-in staff was "busy" with casual conversation, I had to wait until they done. Customer service needs some improvement.

Nigdzie nie ma informacji, że pokój jest w skosach. Nikt o tym nie informował a dzwoniłam również aby zapytać o więcej informacji. Dla wyższych osób mega słabe rozwiązanie.
W opisie napisane jest niewielki balkon natomiast balkonem tego nazwać się nie da po prostu drzwi balkonowe i barierka od razu za nimi. Nawet nie dało się wyjść.
Świetna lokalizacja, obsługa na wysokim poziomie. 🥹 Panie pracujące na recepcji bardzo miłe, udzieliły wszystkich niezbędnych informacji. 🥹
