Très confortable et tranquille et le petit déjeuner était très bon et abondant
Les instructions n’était pas clairs pour le service de souper. Initialement on nous avait demandé d’aviser 40 min en avance mais lorsqu’on a voulu confirmer, on nous a dit qu’il fallait aviser 2h en avance, ce qui a fait qu’on manque la période de service.
Heureusement, il y a plusieurs choix de restaurant à proximité.

La ubicación del hotel. Es ideal para salir a caminar por la zona turistica de Guaduas. Tambien, la atención del personal a cargo fue excelente.

Al llegar no había quien atendiera la recepción y al pedir la carta del restaurante dijeron que los platos había que pedirlos una hora antes. Al llegar uno de viaje es difícil cumplir con este requisito.
El hotel es súper bonito, con detalles que lo hacen elegante y acogedor. La comida rica y suficiente. El personal es insuperable.
