النظافة سيئة ، موكيت الارضية متسخ جدا ، رائحة المفارش غير جيدة ، ارواب الاستحمام نوعية لاتصلح للتنشيف ، مستحضرات الاستحمام وغسل اليدين غير جيدة وغير عملية ، الطعام في المطعم وخدمة الغرف مستواه متدني جدا مقارنة بفنادق الفايف ستارز !!
