The location is perfect. Nice restraurant and nice beach area.
The breakfast is quite simple. The staff servicing for the breakfast is not very active.
Really lovely room with private pool. Staff were excellent, particularly those in the restaurant and at reception. Water taxi was a definite plus. Would highly recommend the hotels own yacht with highly professional captain and crew.
Only slight negative is that there are no barriers to stop people walking across the terrace by the pool. Reception were excellent and communicated with other guests to prevent further intrusions but a few signs saying “private” may help.

Lots of stairs to get around the property.
Breakfast and dinner was very disappointing with limited menu and unhappy staff at meals.
It was very chilled out with amazing views.
All the steps! But it was fine and they had buggies to take you up to the top.

Amazing property and location, great food, staff can’t do enough for you, great stay!
the views were stunning, room was huge, comfy bed, lovely staff. laying on a sun-lounger next to ocean and being able to dip into the sea was just incredible. breakfast was great. it really did surpass expectations and we cannot wait to come back! cocktails were great too. the free water-taxi into Kalkan town was really useful and a lovely way to travel into town in the evening.
can't really fault it. we loved our stay. if i had to nit-pick i'd say there could be more menu choices for dinner (more traditional turkish dishes and seafood options) and my husband did miss not having a gym - but this didnt bother me. if you are thinking in booking then just go for it, you won't be disappointed. Thank you Hotel Villa Mahal!!!

The location and views amazing
Nothing it is absolutely beautiful, maybe the food could be a bit better
The setting is genuinely lovely - Mediterranean views that justify the
journey, proper sunsets, staff who are not the problem. On these points, no
complaints whatsoever.
However, one ought to know that soundproofing is not among the resort's listed amenities, nor, it turns out, an unlisted one. The open terraces compound matters considerably. You will, in effect, be sharing your holiday with your neighbours with a degree of intimacy that most people reserve for immediate family.
Expect to become intimately acquainted with their affairs - all delivered in a splendid British accents, and none of it requested. Expect marital relations conducted with commendable enthusiasm, which we found not exactly welcome, but, given the average age of the participants, oddly admirable. Should fortune favour you, expect a British gentleman
airing his willy in the sea breeze with the confidence of a man who has earned it.
Whether any of this befalls you is, admittedly, a matter of chance. We simply suggest you arrive prepared.
The views remain excellent though, and the coffee is genuinely good. One clings to these things.
P.S. One mystery, however, shall pursue me to my grave. On one otherwise unremarkable afternoon - a Tuesday, should that prove relevant - the cleaning lady left a bath mat in my half-open suitcase. Whether this was an innocent accident or the Turkish equivalent of a horse’s head in the bed, I fear I shall never know. I left a generous tip, just in case.
Tudo neste hotel é incrível! Os quartos simples mas lindos e muito confortáveis. Varanda com vista maravilhosa! Recantos lindos por toda a propriedade. Restaurante, bares e beach club super giros, confortáveis e com excelente atendimento. Não tenho nada a apontar. Um sonho!

The location is exceptional, the view is unbeatable wherever you are, the staff are very attentive and friendly.
It’s my favourite hotel and beach club if you enjoy beauty, nature and peacefulness on the beautiful Mediterranean.
