Overall, the staff were very helpful and welcoming, and I truly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this place

Cons:

I haven’t dealt ever with a property with such bad service. No one answered phone calls at the Reception, Room Service, Housekeeping. I had to walk down to the Reception to get myself some drinking water. The room safe was not working. There was an iron, but no iron stand. The security staff was rude. The staff could not communicate well enough in English.

I went to the restaurant to have dinner, there was no one available to take my order. So I left.

Pathetic.

صوت الحمام اثناء الاستخدام كان مزعج وكذلك من الجار بسبب عدم وجود عازل او تصميم المبنى وعدم وجود مواقف كافية لنزلاء الفندق
