Zeer mooie locatie en knap ingericht

Cons:

Zeer slecht hoofdkussen met bijna geen ondersteuning. Dus best je eigen kussen meebrengen.

Es war - Perfekt - für eine spontane Auszeit.
Pros:

Das Hotelsteam war freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit.Das Frühstück hatte eine riesige Auswahl an frischem Obst und Abendessen im rustikalen Schlosskeller bat uns authentische kulinarische Erlebnisse.

Cons:

Bestellte Blumenstrauß, hat, leider, meine Erwartungen nicht erfühlt.
Es ist immer enttäuschend, wenn man sich auf schöne Blumen freut und dann enttäuscht wird.

Meget flot restaureret slot som osede af høj kvalitet. Fint wellness område. Servicen fra personalet var helt i top. Maden i restauranten var af meget høj kvalitet. Morgenmaden var meget udsøgt.

Cons:

Der manglede aircon på værelset. Wellnessområdet burde kun være for voksne og ikke til legende børn. Prisen for det samlede ophold er absolut i den øvre ende.

A very big and pretty expensive mistake of mine
Pros:

The park is magnificent and for somebody who would appreciate natural environment ideal... unfortunately a single visitor may have different priorities.
The building itself is majestic given its age. The bedroom was large and bathroom good

Cons:

It really was just a huge mistake for me. I never had any help or explanation and immediately was made to pay extra not to be housed in a separate building some way from main building. As consolation I was offered a coffee which I had to pay for myself. I was completely alone literally going without any human contact. The meals arangement was weird For lunch the smaller restaurant did not open until14. 30 there was not even any coffee unless you eat a full breakfast. No coffee in the room The place was near totally empty for the first two days even in the bar/ informal cafe Most of the time I was the solo participant. The gala restaurant was completely empty on the day I arrived and the salad I ordered was weird. I did not go back. My fault for picking this. Just not the right place for a solo traveller.

Cons:

Sehr unfreundliches, arrogantes Personal;
Ein Zimmer auf keinem 5 Sterne-Niveau; Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Zimmer (nachts laut); Hochzeit unmittelbar unter den Zimmern (ausgebaute Scheune, darüber liegen die Zimmer).

Pros:

Very nice lady as the hostess. Breakfast simple but nice. Nothing extra but nice. The price however horrendous. They charge you EUR 38 per person. No real info on the price prior.

Cons:

Personnel very nice. Food is typical German food with very low quality. Problem is not only the hotel its more same issue all over Germany unfortunately.
