Unterkunft und Service top. Koch verbesserungsbedürftig.

Lage sehr gut

Cons:

Der hoteleigene Koch des Restaurants ist leider nicht kritikfähig. Motzt sogar das Servicepersonal an, wenn es die Kritik weiter gibt. Der Service war sehr gut!
Vorspeise mit Rote Bete leider geschmacklos (trockener Salat und Rote Bete viel zu kalt und beides ohne Dressing).
Fischgerichte waren ok und gut.

Einen Parkplatz zu finden war abenteuerlich, an der Rezeption war man etwas überfordert, uns da zu helfen.

Fantastic location and staff!
Pros:

The location is amazing and the staff was exceptional. The person at receiption greeted me by name. Not sure if he searched me online, but it was a nice touch. The room was large with a nice view of Bodensee.

Cons:

One thing only, why no coffee facilities in the room? For a 4 star hotel like this I would expect to have coffee in the room. I was able to go get in the restaurant so not the end of the world, but I think it‘s a miss.
