Great location, very nice and helpful staff. Highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Great location for the registry office. Never had breakfast there so cannot comment. The lady who checked us in was immensely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. She was wonderful.

Cancellation - helpful staff
Pros:

I broke my ankle so was unable to go on my trip so had to cancel my reservation which included a room for my friend.. I booked through booking.com who allowed me a free cancellation and the hotel staff were amazing in helping my friend get one of those rooms booked at the same price. Thank you so much for great service xx

Beautiful hotel in a great location
Pros:

Beautiful building, very convenient location, reasonable price. The room was comfortable. I was upgraded for free to a double room and it was lovely. I wasn't expecting a kitchen and fridge but it was really nice to be able to prepare a cool bottle of water for the next day. There was also a large fan in the room which was very welcome in this hot weather.

Cons:

My room was on the fourth floor so was quite warm. Occassional noises like car horns meant I couldn't keep the window open while sleeping. There was no air-conditioning (which I don't expect in most British accommodation) so I needed to keep the fan on at night to sleep.

シンプルに寝るためと割り切って泊まるなら満足と思います。
Pros:

事前のメッセージでの意思疎通がとてもスムーズでホテルのアシスタントさんの対応がとても柔軟かつフレンドリーでした。
施設内もとても綺麗で清潔に整えられており、日本人にはとても向いているホテルかと思いました。
また周辺の環境も落ち着いた上品な雰囲気で、静観な街でした。

Cons:

滞在したタイミングでロンドンはとても暑く、トップルーフの部屋だったこともあると思いますが、エアコンがないホテルなので夜も寝苦しかったです。ただ、大きな扇風機が配置されていたので何とかしのげました。
また、とてもシンプルなお部屋のつくりなので、寝るだけのためには快適かと思いますが、リラックスしたいという目的では物足りないと思います。また、寝るだけのためのホテルにしては少しお高めな印象でした。ロンドン自体宿の相場が高騰しているのと円安の影響もあると思いますが。。。

Was very dated. The bathroom had mould around the shower. The sink unit was damaged and looked like it had been damaged with water or heat as there is no extractor fan. Room was really hot. Traffic noise was loud.

Most uncomfortable room we've stayed in. No drinking water. Tea and coffee but no milk. Room was stifling hot.

Konumu harikaydı. Mertroya 2 dk, oxford street’e yürüyerek 40 dk. Çocukla gelinebilecek bir yerdi kesinlikle. Gürültüden uzak, yemek yenecek yetler yakındı. Sokaklar sakindi bu beni çok mutlu etti. Bizim için ekstra dönüştürücü bile takmışlardı prize.

Cons:

Fotoğraflarda ocak olduğunu düşündüm. Tesisi tutma 1. Nedenim bebeğimle geldiğim için en azından bir çorba bir makarna yaparım diye düşündüm ama fotolarda görünen tezgah üstündeki metal şey kesme tahtası mıydı halen anlayamadım. Bu beni hayal kırıklığına uğrattı bebeğim için biraz yemek sorun oldu açıkçası. Yatağın da biraz büyük olmasını beklerdim 3 kişi zor sığdık😂
