Buona posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi da due fermate della metropolitana e dalla stazione di Marylebone. Camera più spaziosa della media per gli standard di Londra. Apprezzata anche la presenza di un angolo cottura, comodo per preparare pasti veloci o la colazione

Cons:

Il servizio di reception prevede (o almeno questo è quello che ho visto durante il mio soggiorno) la presenza di personale solo al momento dei check-in/check-out, durante il resto del giorno è necessario servirsi di un numero di telefono esposto sul desk. Ho soggiornato nell'hotel per 4 notti. La prima notte non sono riuscita a dormire perché nella camera accanto si è svolta una vera e propria festa con musica ad alto volume, urla e porte sbattute. La mattina dopo, non trovando nessuno alla reception, ho scritto un'email via Booking lamentandomi dell'accaduto e mi è stato risposto con delle scuse aggiungendo che gli ospiti della camera accanto avevano appena fatto check-out e quindi potevo stare tranquilla. La mattina del terzo giorno la doccia non funzionava, nemmeno una goccia d'acqua. Anche in questo caso ho inviato un'email e mi è stato risposto che sarebbe stata riparata e che lo staff era a disposizione se fosse ricapitato (evidentemente non si tratta di un evento così raro). Infine, sebbene la mia stanza fosse nel complesso spaziosa, la zona notte situata su un piccolissimo soppalco dal soffitto molto basso e a cui si accede con una scala piuttosto ripida, ha decisamente peggiorato ulteriormente la qualità del mio soggiorno. Avevo scelto questa struttura anche perché su Booking era classificata come "hotel", ma, francamente, non ho riscontrato servizi o un livello di assistenza che giustificassero tale categoria.

Wondeful location, large,well-equipped room.
Pros:

Very clean, well-equipped large room with a modern bathroom in an ideal location. A 5 minute walk from Baker Street Tube station, or Madame Tussauds, 15 minutes straight walk up the street to Oxford Street shopping, or an easy 15 minute walk to the beautiful Regent's Park. Huge number of eateries nearby to suit all budgets and tastes!

Cons:

No air conditioning, in the middle of a heatwave, but a big fan was provided and we opened the very large window with shutters No lift but we requested a ground floor room so that wasn't a problem. No breakfast available but the room had a kettle, microwave, mini fridge and sink, plus a small dining table, which made self-catering very easy.
Nearby Baker Street tube station is very convenient with access to several different tube lines, but there are lots of steps to contend with if mobility is a problem.

Great location for our stay

Cons:

It was very very warm when we stayed .Whilst I appreciate putting in individual AC units in each room is far to expensive they could provide a fan that was adequate .
Because of the location the prices are very high but I still expect value for money
Wpuld I stay there again ? Yes but not if it's very warm

Pros:

There was no aircon, I was provided with an industrial fan that was extremely noisy. As it was a heatwave it was nearly impossible to sleep. The wifi also didn’t seem to work and my tv’s sound didn’t work. Great location but very expensive for what it was
