Tout était très bien. Deux grandes chambres très propres, bien équipées, au calme, avec accès direct à un charmant petit jardin. Excellent emplacement. Parfait pour une famille.
Great location, quiet room at the rear of the hotel that was spotless and had good facilities.
Stairs fine for me but lack of a lift might be troubling for some.
Clean, good facilities and amazing location that is super close to Baker Street station. Overall excellent value for money! Would definitely return when I’m next in London
There is no lift and we were on 4th floor. This wasn’t an issue for us, but just be aware if you struggle with stairs!

I really liked the location. It was near all the amenities, shops, Madame Tussauds, nice parks and it was really easy to move around. The room was excellent, clean, quiet, enough space for two and the room height was amazing. The kitchen helped a lot when prepping meals. We got an earlier check in which we are very grateful for! Great and friendly staff! They really listened our wishes and helped with all the questions :)
The room got really hot during the heat wave in London and with only one fan on the floor.

Was extremely hot day but the staff provided fans and moved my room to lower floor when it was clear how hot it was on the top floor.
La stanza era piuttosto grande, per gli standard di Londra, pulita e in posizione utile, per prendere metro e altri mezzi.
Purtroppo, l’assenza dell’aria condizionata, nei giorni di caldo intenso, e i tre piani senza ascensore non sono certo un punto a favore.
Awesome location
Perfect location, practical to reach places of interests quickly with only a few tub stops, Harry Potter meeting point near (5 minutes walk), very spacious and nice room, employees very friendly
No elevator which may be challenging for disabled persons. Fan was a little bit too noisy in case of very hot weather

Everything was ok

The room was small but comfortable. It also had a fan which made it cooler. It was a very cute set up. They even had soap and shampoo! It was good. I would definitely stay here again.
