The outside view
Well when I went to the hotel the stuff was very rude and unprofessional that’s makes us sad . Room wasn’t clean as we expected and toilets wasn’t clean to be specific water on the floor bit smells.
It was in an ok location but it was not as described at all, there was no river view, office furniture very bare felt like i was in a prison cell

Ideal location for my stay in London, and exceptional value for it too.
Shower fixture was a little unstable and had to be hand held for use.
location was very good, and value for money
The shower door was broken/loose and almost fell on me. The toilet seat was loose and almost fell off it, and the toilet door lock was broken. My towels were not replaced each day, as stated they would be. The front door was broken and difficult to get in and out of. The room door was difficult to lock due to previous damage to the door and poor repair. This place needs a desperate re vamp, oh, and the balcony door would not close or lock. The door to the apartment was left open as the self-closing mechanism was broken.

The bathroom was mouldy. The toilet was covered in pee. There were holes and scratches on the walls of our room.

The smell in the bedroom, one of the shower was broken.
Great value, little rough around the edges but for the price and location it was fantastic. Booked in again next month.
