WNS Apartments Canary Wharf

When we arrived there were squatters in one of the rooms smoking weed.
The cleanliness was poor, there was urine in both toilets in flushed, there were stains on the bedding, dust everywhere. The shower was disgusting, with dirt and grime , the temperature couldn’t be adjusted and the doors were hanging off the unit.

bathroom was dirty, floor matt unwashed and soiled, other residents smoking pot on premsies, and distrubance both nights through fights/disagreements. TV signal intermittent. All in all not pleaseant stay despite the low cost

Not that I didn't like it, it's just not somewhere I would go if I was with my wife.

Don’t answer the phone staff are quite rude.

Please i’m begging don’t be like me and stay here. Read the reviews. I phoned up before my stay to ask about the shared bathroom and i was told i’d have my own room and the bathroom would be separate, like some pub stays. But when we got there, not only did the pin not work and the staff literally being non existent, we found out it was a shared apartment with 8 other guests. I felt like i was in a hostel. I would’ve been fine with that due to the cheap price is i wasn’t lied to over the phone.

Back to the staff, we had to wait for him to come from another location and he literally said no word to us, not telling us where to go or anything. It took me and my boyfriend several different questions to get one question out of him. On top of that there was someone outside with us who he just let waltz in. He didn’t check his booking confirmation until we were INSIDE the apartment. He took a photo of my ID, both sides, which made me feel really uncomfortable.

The front door on the apartment doesn’t lock, there’s no key, and it doesn’t shut properly so anyone in the building was just invite themselves in. You only get a key for your room which hardly worked.

There were two bathrooms that smelt like damp, covered in cracks and mould. The place looked nothing like the pictures. The bedroom was dusty and also in a state. Hardly any furniture and a really hard bed covered in hair. It was like the place wasn’t even cleaned. It was nothing like the pictures and it turns out they had used pictures of their other HOTEL location. the windows struggled to open and close, they were thin and you could hear every cough. The curtains were sheer and the whole room lit up with street lamps so we struggled to sleep also.

Overall, it’s just a scam and not worth it. The whole place smelt like weed too. We’re in talks with booking.com for a full refund on this place. But they’re struggling to get ahold of them.

Well when I went to the hotel the stuff was very rude and unprofessional that’s makes us sad . Room wasn’t clean as we expected and toilets wasn’t clean to be specific water on the floor bit smells.

It was in an ok location but it was not as described at all, there was no river view, office furniture very bare felt like i was in a prison cell
