Accueil très agréable
Pros:

Climatisation, douche, bon lit, branchements multiples.
Très bon emplacement avec beaucoup de choses autour

Cons:

la chambre reste assez petite
il n'y a pas possibilité de travailler dans l'espace disponible
Le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus copieux, j'attendais des oeufs brouillés, du bacon grillé

Avontuurlijke, luxe plek met goede vibe!
Pros:

Op zaterdagmiddag maken ze een soort (gratis) borrelbuffet, dit wisten we niet en zagen het toen we terugkwamen bij het Hotel. Toevallig speelde Nederland die dag en hebben we lekker wat van het borrelbuffet gepakt en mee naar de kamer genomen. Dit was echt top! En flat coffee is er ook zo lekker! Het ontbijt was top. En we zaten middenin Convent Garden. Mooi stukje in London. Met veel entertainment op straat, prachtige winkels, leuke marktjes en straatjes.

Cons:

Wat minder leuk was; bij aankomst met de trein kregen we een telefoontje dat ze overboekt waren. We hadden er een lange treinreis opzitten met 2 uur vertraging en dan zit je niet te wachten op een telefoontje om 23 uur dat de geboekte kamer er niet meer is. Alles betaald vooraf. We werden naar een ander Z-Hotel gebracht welke minder was. De kamers in Hotels in Convent Garden zijn klein omdat het een gewilde plek en dure spot is. Maar we zaten wel op een hele mooie plek, dat werd wel duidelijk na een wandeling in de omgeving. En het personeel van Z-Hotel deed er alles aan om het ons naar de zin te maken. Dus we hebben uiteindelijk een goed verblijf gehad. Ik zou zeker nog eens teruggaan. Z-Hotels vind je veel in London. Kijk van te voren goed in welke regio in London je wilt zijn, want dan kun je veel lopen of met een fiets doen.

Good location near station, but don't expect anything great.
Pros:

Cosy room, fresh towels, welcoming staff. Aircon was good in room.

Cons:

Windowless room downstairs was extremely loud. Could hear every single pipe/water works noises above. Very hot in the corridor. No hairdryer.

La habitación es muuuyyy pequeña y no tiene ventanas, en la publicación está muy bien aclarado que no tiene ventanas pero se suma que la habitación estaba en el subsuelo y era incomoda por lo pequeña

Nice location and helpful staff
Pros:

Perfect location and helpful staff. For a couple staying one or two nights, it’s a good option. My husband and I were traveling with two large suitcases and two carry-on bags, so managing the space was a bit challenging. However, since we only stayed for two nights, it worked well for our needs.

Room not worth £220 despite location
Pros:

The location is the best thing. Minutes walk from Victoria stations

The room was very small with no windows. TV didn’t work. Pillow was very smelly
