I’ve stayed here more than 10 times over the years and I keep coming back. The friendly staff and location together with the member benefits makes it my go to place in London regardless if I am traveling for work or with family/friends. Keep in mind it is the smallest of rooms with frosted glass walls for the bathroom but still it is value for money and we hang out in the lobby instead of our rooms (complementary cheese and wine and barista coffee).

I’m 6ft and the bed was too short for me and the mattress wasn’t comfy at all

The public areas beyond the dining room were not really swept- would expect a hotel to be clean throughout. The room itself was ridiculously small for 2 people. Very clean but too small

In fairness location is excellent.
Bed is hard, staff do not even say hello or smile, just look at you passing by maybe because mostly were men. Too expensive breakfast because choice of food is just one or two, don’t even have eggs.

Convenient and easy!
Great location! Walking to Buckingham palace, and 40 min walk to the eye, seeing the palace and Big Ben on the way. 5 min walk to nice restaurants, cafes and bakeries. Pubs every where. Italian Harry’s restaurant across the street. (Make reservation, it’s busy) Hotel entrance/checkin area air conditioned, and nice seating area.
Very small room booked for 2 people. We had 2 large suit cases with us and we had to shuffle one of them around in order to open the door to get out. The tv channels were stuck on one channel and IT maintenance was not in place in the eve so they gave us complementary breakfast for the trouble, which was nice.

Great location. I booked a small room but it was fine for a night but would have been perfectky fine for more.

Friendly and social
The location is awesome, the Victoria station is across the road. The staff is attentive, helpful and willing to accommodate. The AC helped a lot in the heatwave.
The room had a distinct damp smell, I assume it was coming from the AC. Ventilation was not enough, as by the morning there was not enough air to breathe. I could hear the subway trains going under the building.
