The Long Room Hotel and Bar

Nothing except the heat but I seem to attract heatwaves! Nobody could help with.

Room was very small but ok for one person for one night. The shower was broken, water coming out the pipe so pressure reduced coming out the shower head. An easy, inexpensive issue to fix.

The room was tiny, and cramped. It was also a sweatbox. The window was next to a commercial kitchen extractor fan was was going all through the night, keeping me awake. The walls were dirty and scuffed. The shower drain 75% blocked .

Television not working ask a manager to look at it for me and they said it was already broke I thought they should of moved us to other room or don’t put anyone in there till it was fixed also drinks in draws being left and carpet weren’t hoovered

We didn't have air conditioning and when we stayed it was hot (30 degrees Celcius outside)

More teabags and coffee, milk and sugar and a few biscuits or chocolate bars in the room on arrival would've been appreciated. As it was very hot in London (25/26°) when I stayed the room (Room 12) was very hot and without being able to open a window upon arrival was disappointing. As a frequent traveller, I would always expect a window to be open upon arrival.

W pokoju było brudno (filiżanka przyklejała się do lepkich plam po soku, pozostawionych na małym stoliku). W pokoju nie było toalety. Prysznic był na tyle mały, że trudno się było w nim obrócić. W pokoju (1 piętro) nie działało Wi-Fi. By móc z niego skorzystać musiałam siedzieć na podłodze na korytarzu pod drzwiami innych lokatorów. W pokoju był grzejnik ręcznikowy. Problem w tym, że nie można go było wyłączyć a było 35 stopni ciepła. Zatem grzał on przez całą noc, a że w pokoju nie było wiatraka, to zaduch w tym upale był straszny. Rano okazało się, że toaleta na piętrze jest nieczynna.

Customers in the pub had a loud scary voice.

Terrible and completely unacceptable experience.

I had already paid for my reservation and, out of courtesy, I informed the hotel in advance that I would arrive later than expected. Despite this, I received no reply to my messages or attempts to contact them.

When I arrived at the hotel, everything was closed. There was no check-in available, no assistance, and nobody reachable. I ended up having to find another place to stay in the middle of the night, even though I had already paid for this accommodation.

This is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful toward guests. Communication was nonexistent and the service was basically zero. Paying for a stay and being left outside with no support is absolutely unacceptable.

I strongly do not recommend this hotel. One of the worst experiences I have had while traveling.
