Pros:

I like that it is very near to the airport and the staff are nice..it's also near to some malls.

Cons:

What I didn't like is the room we were staying has a broken tv which we cannot use,the fridge is not cold ,there is also mosquitos inside our room.

Surprisingly good !
Pros:

Very close to the airport. Literally 5 minutes in the complimentary shuttle. Room was spacious and nicely furnished. Stocked mini bar and a variety of snacks provided.
Larrge flat screen TV with streaming services .
Attached restauarnt , The Rabbit Hole serves a variety of Western and Fili[pino dishes. Great service and the food was very tasty.
My room was at the front of the hotel and had a nice view looking across to Cebu. Other reviewers had mentioned their room suffered from too much road noise. I did not find this to be the case. Room was quiet and comfortable. AC worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature.

Cons:

The free wifi was slow but steady. Buffet breakfast had limited choices but at least the coffee was good. Not really much in the area but grab cars came fast and it is easy to get to other locations .

Decent hotel
Pros:

Electric and water installation work good. Airconditioning also good. Nice bed. Small fridge and kettle. Free airport shuttle.

Pros:

this is our 3rd times staying here. We like the place because near at the airport and have free shuttle van. The staff are good but the 2nd and 3rd times when we arrived at the airport the driver didn't met us at the waiting area he just stay in the van and we have to walk out to the park where the van park and look for him . We are not impressed. this last stay our room was on the front and we cannot sleep of the noises of the vehicles all night so noisy. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. We are disappointed this time to our room. The drivers who took us back to the airport was always good.

the noises on the road all night. Can't sleep even i put my earplugs.

Hallo, das Personal ist sehr freundlich egal wen man trifft sie strahlen immer eine Freundlichkeit aus. Das ist immer schön.

Cons:

Was vielleicht verbessert werden könnte ist, wenn man die Zimmer gebucht hat und man später im Hauseigenen Restaurant essen geht, möchte das Hotel das der Betrag gleich bezahlt wird anstatt das dieses Essen auf die Zimmernummer gebucht wird und bei check out am folgenden Tag beglichen wird. Das ist manchmal bißchen störend aber auch nicht dramatisch.
