Réservation trop compliqué malgré le paiement d avance

je me suis présenté à la réception avec ma réservation confirmé et une preuve de paiement, malgré tout ca le personnel de l accueil ne trouve pas ma réservation dans son système chose qui m a énervé et m a fait perdre beaucoup de temp après une heure d attente il a trouvé la réservation et il s est même pas excusé je trouve ca inadmissible

Pros:

Otelden Mescid-i Haram'ın bahçesine 7-8 dk. Fakat, doğrudan Kabe'nin bulunduğu kata açılan 79 nolu kapıya 15 - 20 dk civarı sürüyor. Bence konumu en büyük avantajı. Otel genel olarak iyi ve temiz. Çalışanları yardımsever ve güler yüzlü. Yemekleri çeşitli ve güzel.

Cons:

Oda servisi sıkıntılı. Bir hafta kaldık elimizi yüzümüzü silmek için havlu vermediler. Banyo havlusu var fakat baş havlusu vermediler. Defalarca istedik ama olmadığını söylediler. Günde sadece bir tane küçücük su veriyorlar.
Biz 4 oda tutmuştuk. Odalardan birinin kliması arızalıydı, birinin banyo gideri tıkandı. Görevlilere söylediğimizde kliması arızalı olan odayı değiştirdiler, kalan gideri de açtılar. Bunların dışında bir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.
