Otelim tüm personeli nazik ve yardımsever di. Consierge de bulunan personel havaalanı gidişi için ekstra yardımcı oldu. Bulunduğu konuma göre oldukça faydalı ve yeterli bir otel. Bölge olarak otel ve çevresi Mahbes teki otellerden daha temiz ve düzenli. Mesafe olarak da daha yakın. Yine gitsem yine kalırım.

Cons:

Kabe ile arası yürüme mesafesi 800 metre civarı, ilkin kısa bir rampa çıkmak gerekiyor. Zor değil, ama haziran temmuzda kalabalık veya çocuklu guruplar için bir parça problem olabilir. Tesiste bir aksilik yok. Herşeye rağmen, herkes elinden gelenin en iyisini yapmaya çalışıyor.

rapport qualité prix imbattable.
Pros:

malgré la colline de Jabal Omar a monter et descendre, l'hôtel est tres proche de l'extérieur de la mosquée sacrée. compter 10' a pied jusqu'à l'esplanade et 10' de plus pour arriver a l'entrée principale n79 ( en face de la clock tower). astuce: utiliser les escalator de l'hôtel Anjum à côté. l'accès est 24h/24.
le petit dej vaut le détour pour le style Français : buffet a volonté pour 7€/pers/jour avec: 10 plats sales chaud varies chaque jour prepares par un vrai chef. meilleure qualité que les resto de la clock tower. un buffet entier de viennoiseries, gâteau au four, brioche, pains variés. un Buffet crudités style libanais, salaades...
prises Anglaises mais qui intègrent des prises USB2 type A.
