Ottima posizione, siamo nel centro di Matera, 200 metri dalla piazza principale di affaccio sul sasso BARISARIO, comodissimo per visitare Matera
Bagno molto piccolo e doccia non proprio comoda.... ma piccole cose che non vengono considerate visto la posizione.

Ein guter Ort um zu Fuß die Sassi zu besichtigen.
Sehr einfache Einrichtung, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Das Frühstück bestand aus einem Cappuccino und einem Cornetto. Punkt. Man kann es ab 8 Uhr in der benachbarten Bar gegen Gutschein bekommen. Wenn man früher weiterleiten möchte: andere Bars haben früher geöffnet.

La colazione si fa in bar fuori struttura e per arrivare alle stanze c'era una doppia rampa di scale, quindi non idoneo a persone con difficoltà fisiche. I cuscini erano scomodissimi.
Very dated property. Reception was on first floor with no lift. Breakfast was a coffee and croissant in a nearby cafe. The air con was very noisy but did the job.
Very close to the old city less than 200m. Staff were really helpful with tips and information about the town. First rate
