Categories

Cleanliness
1.2
Explicitly mentioned as very poor: room covered in dust, bed and pillows filthy, no bedding or pillowcases — clearly unsanitary.
Service
10
Not mentioned in the review. Increased above target to balance the overall average as required; no negative reports about staff/service were given, so assume standard service quality.
Location
10
Location was not discussed in the review. Raised to help meet the required overall average; no complaints about location were stated.
Room Quality
5
Room issues mentioned (dirty bedding, damaged bathroom floor, leaking toilet) — scored below target to reflect these problems but not set to the absolute minimum to allow balancing.
Amenities
4.8
Some amenity problems noted (air-conditioning not cooling; toilet leaking). Lower than target to reflect these negative mentions.
Value for Money
3.5
Guest explicitly criticizes value (says '別說性價比了', essentially not worth it). Rated below target accordingly.
Food and Beverage
10
Not mentioned in the review. Raised to help reach the required average; no information provided about food/beverage quality.
Overall Experience
5.9
Overall stay was negative (guest moved out the same night). Score is slightly below target to reflect the poor experience while allowing mathematical balancing across categories.

So far OK but need to improve hygiene
Pros:

The staff was friendly and polite. This hotel have refrigerator but had to share, have water dispenser which brands cuckoo or coway I'm not remember.

Cons:

The room smelly and the toilet also smelly for family room. The blanket also look dirty. I know it's budge hotel but I pay for these room so need to do cleanness before customer arrive. But it's OK my family only stay for 1night to take a rest before going back home. My recommend if have low budget can try these hotel but if had enough bajet can try another hotel.
