Die Lage ist hervorragend, und vorallem der Empfang von Andreas so was haben wir noch nie erlebt und wir Reisen sehr viel ,das Unternehmen kann nur froh sein so einen Mitarbeiter zu haben freundlich,nett,hilfsbereit, kompetent und ordskundig.
Danke lieber Andreas und hoffentlich sehen wir uns einmal in der Steiermark.

Bereits im Voraus wurde ich von dem Hotel sehr nett betreut. Durfte ich das Zimmer selber aussuchen auch wurde mir eine für mich zugeschnittene ausführliche Wegbeschreibung zugesandt. Im Hotel wurde ich sehr, sehr nett empfangen und den ganzen Aufenthalt über sehr herzlich betreut. Während des Aufenthaltes hatte ich Geburtstag. lch wurde mit einer handgeschriebener Karte, Ballon und einer kleinen Flasche Prosecco überrascht. Der ganze Aufenthalt war einfach toll und ich würde dieses klein aber feine Hotel jedem wärmstens empfehlen

sehr nette Menschen vor Ort, super Lage , schönes Zimmer mit Balkon, bei geschlossenem Fenster auch ruhig

Cons:

Frühstück war in Ordnung, könnte aber definitiv besser sein (ausser Tafelwasser und einer Tüte O-Saft gab es leider keine weiteren Kaltgetränke inkludiert... das Buffet war insgesamt klein und sehr übersichtlich, und nicht gut bestückt)

Sehr zentrale Lage, trotzdem ruhig, hübsche und komfortable Ausstattung, nettes Personal. Großes Zimmer und Bad.

Cons:

Vom Frühstück hätte ich mir mehr erhofft, das war OK. Man muss dringend die Beschreibung lesen, wie man zum Hotel kommt - Parken ist mit 19 Euro recht teuer und auf der anderen Flussseite.

Andreas empfing uns ausserordentlich freundlich, wie man es nur selten erlebt. Unser Auto wurde sogar in die nahegelegene Tiefgarage gebracht. Vor Ort konnten wir ein Upgrade buchen. Die Zimmer haben die ideale Grösse und liegen nahe der Hauptgasse. Das Frühstück war klein, aber sehr fein. Ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen – besonders für einen Städtetrip.

Dette er et stilig og kult hotel midt i sentrum. Sentralt til alt. Det beste var en fantastisk velkomst og service fra personalet. Rommet var rent med god seng. Fantastisk frokost. Over all forventning.
