Rundum zufrieden war ich mit der zentralen Lage sowie der Große und Ausstattung des Zimmers. Hervorzuheben ist außerdem die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des engagierten jungen Personals.
Allenfalls - aber für den Gesamteindruck nicht sonderlich ins Gewicht fallend - das etwas eingeschränkte Angebot beim Frühstück; alles Wesentliche war aber vorhanden.

Unser Sohn und ich hatten eine Reise in den Süden mit den Motorrädern geplant, mit einem Zwischenstopp in Meran. Dank der guten Anleitung und der vorgängigen Bekanntgabe unserer Nummernschilder konnten wir in die Fussgängerzone fahren, um unser Gepäck beim Hotel zu deponieren.
Zudem hatten wir einen geschützten Parkplatz für unsere Motorräder. Das Check-in war freundlich und unkompliziert, und das Frühstück bot alles, was es versprach.
Das Zimmer „Chrom“ war der Hit, und der Balkon war angenehm ruhig. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Meran und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Was will man mehr?

Extremely nice hotel. Rooms have everything you might need. Staff is very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast served in the cafe downstairs, so also with the great coffee.

Zentrale Lage, tolles und hilfsbereites Personal.
Die Dachterrasse beim Paradise Loft Zimmer ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte einen Anstrich vertragen, der Whirlpool hält die Temperatur nicht gut. Generell har man leider das Gefühl, dass auf Details und Qualität nicht besonders wert gelegt wird.
Das Frühstück ist in Umfang, Qualität und Präsentation eine Frechheit und rangiert irgendwo zwischen Jugendherberge und Ibis Budget. Das ist bei einem Zimmerpreis von fast 500 Euro/ Nacht schlicht nicht akzeptabel und geht trotz fehlendem Platz mit etwas Kreativität sicher besser.
