Pros:

В целом отель производит приятное впечатление. Идеальная чистота в номере. Постельное белье, полотенца отличного качества. В номере есть халаты и тапочки. В общих зонах и столовой приятный декор. Персонал отеля приветлив и заботится о том, чтобы гостям было комфортно.
После отъезда выяснилось, что моя жена оставила очки в кармане халата, их не только сберегли, но и оперативно передали с водителем в другой город. Спасибо!

Cons:

Это не минус, а просто особенность. Отель находиться на въезде в Местию, у дороги. Для кого то это наоборот преимущество. Никаких проблем с доступностью. До центра ровно 5 минут ходьбы.
Пожелание, разнообразить завтрак местными продуктами. Например, свежий грузинский хлеб, был бы очень кстати.

Останавливались в этом отеле на 6 дней и остались очень довольны. Отель чистый, ухоженный и уютный. Персонал очень доброжелательный и внимательный, при этом совершенно ненавязчивый - здесь действительно чувствуешь себя комфортно, как дома: искреннее местное гостеприимство и забота о гостях. Завтраки вкусные и достаточно разнообразные. Отдельно хочется отметить номера с видом на горы - просыпаться с таким пейзажем особенно приятно

L'emplacement, la possibilité de stationner à l'intérieur de la cour le véhicule, la petite terrasse et le petit déjeuner qui était varié.

Cons:

Le manque d'assiduité concernant l'entretien des chambres qui n'a pas toujours été fait. A l'arrivée, tout était en ordre sauf la cafetière qui avait encore la capsule de l'ancien occupant, le lendemain pas de réassort (thé, café et eau) dans la chambre et les lits n'avaient pas été faits malgré un passage pour changer les serviettes même chose sur le troisième jour. C'est dommage car le reste de l'hôtel est parfaitement tenu.

L'eau de la douche pas toujours très chaude, manque une étagère dans la salle de bains et le dernier jour vu que personne n'est passé refaire la chambre plus de papier toilette.

Et il faisait chaud dans la chambre, pas de climatisation.

Hotel jest świetny, jeśli jeszcze kiedyś pojadę do Mestii to będzie na pewno mój wybór. W pokojach jest wszystko czego potrzebujesz, zadbano o takie detale, które naprawdę ułatwiają codzienne funkcjonowanie, np.mydlo/szampon na pompki w łazience (a nie te hotelowe odkrecane maleństwa wypadające pod prysznicem), kaloryfer gdzie można powiesić i wysuszyć rzeczy jak zmoczy cię górska ulewa, wystarczająca ilość wieszaczków w łazience, nie ma bidetu ale za to jest kranikobo k ubikacji na wężu (taki podobny jak można spotkać w Indiach, dla mnie akurat dużo lepsza opcja niż bidet), lampka przy łóżku nieświecąca prosto w oczy, przepyszna kawa w pokoju (i ekspres do kawy kapsułkowy). Śniadanie bardzo smaczne, duży wybór, codzienne inne ciasto/babeczki. Przemiła obsługa. Lokalizacja bardzo ok, kilkanaście minut do centrum na piechotę, sklep na przeciwko, nam trafił się pokój z przepięknym widokiem na góry.

El desayuno es excelente, abundante y completo. La temperatura de la habitación era perfecta, al estar en las montañas la temperatura cae por la noche pero ponían la calefacción para que se estuviera a gusto. Tienen un patio en el que se puede aparcar. El internet es flojo cuando todo el mundo ha vuelto al hotel y está en su habitación. Y el café es soluble! No es el primer hotel de Georgia en el que nos encontramos eso, debe de ser normal…

Schönes sauberes Zimmer, gemütlich und geräumig.
Super Frühstück, abwechslungsreich und leckerer selbstgemachter Kuchen.
Sehr hilfsbereit, bei der Buchung nach einem Ausflug nach Ushguli.

Cons:

WLAN sehr langsam und es fehlt draußen an Sitzgelegenheiten, wenn man keinen Balkon hat.

Comfortable stay in Mestia
Pros:

- The hotel was very clean, well-renovated, and equipped with everything necessary, including disposable toothbrushes and slippers.
- The breakfast was good.
- The view from the windows was beautiful, although it naturally depends on the weather.
- The location is not exactly in the very center, but since Mestia is a small town, it takes only about 15 minutes to walk to the center, which was perfectly fine for us.
- There is also a separate lounge area on the fourth floor with a lovely view, where you can spend some time.

Cons:

- The only minor inconvenience for us was that our room was located directly opposite the staircase. Occasionally we could hear people passing by.
