Lovely staff and food
Pros:

Amazing packed lunch. Tamara was really helpful and allowed us to leave luggage to be taken to Ushguli.

Cons:

Beds were quite itchy (possibly from the starch), room was quite hot and no bedside lights.

Lovely location and classic property. Very nice staff.
Pros:

Charming property in a great location. Really lovely garden and sitting areas. Loved it.

Cons:

Carpenter ant infestation in Room 8. Took a day to respond to the problem. That said, it’s an old property and carpenter ants happen. I’m not really too bothered….

Прекрасное место, очень атмосферное! Чистое хлопковое белье. Красивый двор с очагом, с беседкой. Вкусные завтраки.

Cons:

Единственный минус, слабый Wi-Fi (во всяком случае на 3 этаже) .

Perfect Svaneti vibe with great look and feel. Just outside main tourist area. Very nice family.
Pros:

This was one of the best places I had been to. I felt like staying in a svaneti comfy skansen. Especially a hall/dinning room area had a great old-fashioned design, also garden and outisde is perfect in its look and feel. The family runinng is very nice and helpful. Especially the lady managing guests is super friendly. She speak English and Russian. It was a great stay. The house is outside main tourist area but very close to it so you can have some peace and a few steps to the town center in the same time.

שכחו לעדכן את אם הבית שהוזמנו מקום + מנעול הדלת לא נועל ואני נאלצתי לתקן את המנעול + המגבות המקופלות היו לחות עד רטובות + ריח ביוב במקלחון. תחושה של הזנחה וחוסר ניהול המקום

Quaint, comfy and warm! Wonderful host!
Pros:

It gives a raw mountain feel and ambience. It feels that you are at someone's home instead.

My bed was comfy, plush pillows with a thick duvet. The heater was on 24/7. Even for the towels stand.

In the kitchen area, there was tea and coffee and hot water. Breakfast was a spread meant for you and travel companion. Eggs, bread, cheese, bulgur, jam, butter, sliced tomatoes and cucumber, and a very delicious pancake!

Good location, with amenities around it. And the host son helped us to carry our luggage to our rooms.

That aside, I didn't give a full mark as the pressure for the shower was a little low. But I would repeat visit 💚

Very whimsical place, feels like a disney story would be set in. A lot of good handmade art all over the place.

Slightly pricey for what is provided, I expect 100GEL would be more reasonable.

Un lugar para quedarse
Pros:

Alojamiento muy entrañable, una delicia de edificio, tipo rústico y con un toque artístico. Los balcones al jardín son una maravilla y el jardín, de ensueño. La sala de estar es muy agradable y un placer tomar allí el desayuno. Encargamos cena para una noche y la anfitriona fue extremadamente generosa, además de excelente cocinera. Disfrutamos de todos los platos pero no pudimos dar cuenta de todo porque era una cena para cuatro (éramos dos).
Nos gustó que hubiera escalera interior y exterior. Y la sensación de formar parte del pueblo de Mestia.
