Cons:

The rooms were very noicy. 9 PM to late night 3 AM doors open and closed with big sounds, security and maintenance persons were moving in the corridor till 2 AM.

Mr. Nitish in the reception is very rude and ill mannered. He will not take instructions properly and did not get our room cleaned nor changed the room.
He argued saying that we did not ask for room cleaning though we requested the staff and Nisha.
He is highly unprofessional and is not fit to be in the front office.

The hotel and the other staff are very good but this person spoiled our day.
