Pros:

Location exactly on outer ring road. Appearance is good. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Restaurant and bar was also good. Food was tasty and prices are reasonable. Food menu is also good. They have air-conditioned as well as open restaurant. Value for money.

Cons:

Room AC could be more cooler.

Poor & unsatisfactory room management

Cons:

The air conditioner in the room was not working properly. After I complained, a technician came and checked it and informed me that it would be fine after a few hours. However, nothing improved and the issue remained unresolved.

Then they provided a standing fan. However, due to power cuts, even the fan stopped working for part of the night. As a result, we were sweating and unable to sleep comfortably throughout the night.

When I complained again to the reception, they did not seem concerned about the situation and no proper action was taken. If this were a well-managed hotel, I should have immediately been shifted to another functioning room.

The bathroom hot shower cannot control the temperature it's a very hot end up shower with extreme hot shower.

I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and experienced continuous inconvenience, discomfort, and poor response from the staff. This level of service is extremely disappointing.

Overall, it was an excellent experience. The hotel is very good but has room for improvement.
Pros:

The locations was good as many attractions were nearby. The room was very spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff are very thorough in their daily cleaning routines. The room service was excellent. Food served by their restaurant was good and reasonably priced.

Cons:

The wash basin was broken, but useable. Even though I informed housekeeping, nothing was done about it. There was a power outage which took long time to be restored (no generator?). Some carpeting in the room, and a fridge would have been very nice. The buffet breakfast spread can be improved further. I believe some items were available on demand, but this fact was not informed to me.

The reception lady on first day was very rude and unprofessional, also on second day while going out at 6AM we handed over key for cleaning but when we returned at 2 PM rooms were not cleaned

The property was well maintained. Spacious Suite. All facilities available in the Suite. Food was exceptional. Room Service was quick. Variety choice of food available for Room service.
Check in was very smooth. Receptionist was very helpful. Mr. Rangaswamy provided excellent service and helped in arranging a Taxi service for sight seeing.

Cons:

Breakfast menu could have included Continental items also. Only basic South Indian items available.

Pros:

Big rooms

Cons:

Hotel is gg thru some upgrade, eg: door scanning services. Thus its not value for money. Breakfast was not that many choices too. Very similar to a hotel I stayed in bengaluru the day before and the room price was only SGD 45. This hotel charged me SGD 66.
