敢えて言えば禁煙に対する罰等の取り組みのみ。

・ 浴室ドアにカビが発生したまま、掃除をしていない
・連泊で部屋の掃除はなかったが、ゴミ箱を外にだしておいても捨てていなかつた。

Pros:

価格は比較的安く、周りは静か、飲食店やコンビニも近く割と落ち着けた。

Cons:

一番のデメリットは、私個人的に【ベッドのマットレスが、オニのように硬かった事】
清潔でキレイな外観、内部も綺麗。
室内も清潔だったけど、ベッドに座ってビックリ！
コレは、寝られないと思いました。
案の定、朝まで熟睡出来なかった。

好みはあるし、価格的には仕方ないけど、出来ればバリエーションは欲しい。

人それぞれの価値観は違うけど、私は、ホテルは滞在し休めるトコロと思うので。逆に硬いマットレスが好きな人には最適だと思います。
地下鉄も近いし、なんなら、お城まで歩ける距離。
名古屋駅からは……どうか不明だけど。

私的には……マットレスだけなんですけどねぇ……

Pros:

Bed is soft, good toilet and nearby ammeties. Near a Lawson and trainstation that can go directly to Nagoya station

Cons:

came to the room and the LCD tv was switched off, turned it on and the screen was already smashed. probably previous guest quietly did not inform the hotel. Did not need to watch the TV, but scared the hotel would have pinned the damage on me. So I informed them of the damaged TV.

area is noisy, 10th floor able to hear your neighbours and the downstairs traffic.

Lack of fire escape - the fire escape is in one of the rooms that is front facing, there is no stairs and only 1 elevator.
