Schön, ruhig & erholsam, Kleinigkeiten die Abzug in der B-Note geben
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage, tolle gepflegte Gartenanlage. Empfehlenswert wäre die Vögel-Musik in der Nacht abzustellen :)) Vögel schlafen nachts, immer gezwitscher ist dann auch bissle viel.
Zimmergrösse sehr angenehm & Balkon ein Highlight.
Personal war bemüht und freundlich, besonders hervorzuheben ist Tito von der Rezeption. Sein Englisch ist sehr gut und er gibt sich wahnsinnig Mühe das man sich direkt Zuhause fühlt. Selten so einen herzlichen Empfang in FR erlebt, he made the difference!! Tito, positive vibes and please continue that Level, appreciated your Support and Application!

Cons:

1.) der allgemeine Bereich für Nespresso ist gut & jederzeit zugänglich. Dennoch, eine kleine Teestation im Zimmer sollte man bei den Preisen erwarten können
2.) Bad 90er Style muss man mögen. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, aber ocker-Farbe Toilette wirft einen direkt 20 Jahre zurück
3.) Das angrenzende Michelin Restaurant ist gut. Das Personal absolut „outstanding“ und extrem am Gast präsent, selten so einen guten Service in FR erlebt. Dennoch sollte dringend an dem Mückenproblem gearbeitet werden. Es waren ca 8 Mücken am Abend am Tisch präsent, das kann man ändern.

très agréable et reposant , effet bienfaisant pour cette plongée dans une très belle nature!
Pros:

très bien ! Mention spéciale pour l'accueil et le service de cet hotel : simple, souriant, chaleureux et efficace , bravo!
Petit déjeuner très agréable, ( ++ pour les yaourts au sureau de fabrication locale) mais nous n'avons pas testé la table d'hôtes
Pendant notre séjour , nous avons en revanche expérimenté la cabane nordique et nous recommandons : qualité du massage, décor, bain nordique avec vue plein air sur la forêt , c'est magnifique! l'espace piscine est également très agréable
Nous avons aussi emprunté des vélos électriques, idéal pour découvrir les alentours ( Bidart et Guethary)

Cons:

un peu plus de choix en fromages locaux sur les plateaux du petit dej?
un tarif un peu moins élevé pour la location des vélos quand on réside plusieurs jours à l'hôtel?
et peut-être un peu de déco plus chaleureuse à revoir dans les chambres ?

Superb retreat with spectacular food experience.
Pros:

Breathtaking property in a serene and beautiful area away from traffic. Eatate is superbly maintained and the Michelin star restaurant and the service, and the herb garden, pool and vistas were spectacular addition to the experience. Staff was outstanding. Highly recommended.
