Good location but room smelled of cigarettes
Pros:

Choices of breakfast were good for the price. Waiters/waitresses were all friendly. It was very hot but a fan was provided.

Cons:

At check in I wasn’t given any information about breakfast, check out or that the hotel gates are locked at 11pm. This meant I thought I was locked out when I came back after a wedding- I tried to phone the hotel but nobody picked up. I found out that there’s a back door round the back of the bank. I had to phone somebody in the wedding party to find out how to get in. I wish somebody had given me this information!

My room also smelled badly of cigarettes. Due to a spider infestation outside I could not have the windows open.

Grosses Zimmer

Cons:

Die Badewanne müsste mal richtig sauber gemacht werden,der Wasserdruck zum Duschen war eher mau, das Zimmer hat fast immer nach Essen gerochen.

Ich möchte gerne wiederkommen und werde das Hotel auch empfehlen
Pros:

Die romantische Lage am Mühlbach mit dem riesigen Mühlrad. Zum Frühstück wurde der Kaffee im Kännchen am Tisch serviert. Man muss sich nicht vor den doofen Kaffeeautomaten drängeln.

Cons:

Täglich wird zwar das Badezimmer geputzt, aber das Bett wird nicht gemacht

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Objekt hätte bei liebevollerer Behandlung Potenzial.

Cons:

Keinerlei Servicementalität vorhanden.
Die Zimmer und Möbel sind alt und müssen renoviert bzw. aufgearbeitet oder ausgetauscht werden. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Pros:

Schöne große Zimmer tolle Lage

Cons:

Unfreundlicher Inhaber wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen keine Hotelmappe, WLan auf einem Zettel funktioniert nicht Fernseher auch nicht. Nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Schade

Wunderschöner Kurzaufenthalt!
Pros:

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Wir hatten eine liebevoll eingerichtete Suite in märchenhafter Lage, mit eigener Küchenzeile und separaten Sitzgruppen, also viel Platz - wie eine kleine Wohnung. Ausblicke sehr schön, von der Küchen- und Schlafbereich-Seite aus mit romantischem, Efeu-umwuchertem Blick auf den plätschernden Stobber samt Mühlenrad, von der Wohnbereich-Seite aus mit Blick auf das schräg gegenüber liegendeTurmgebäude eines italienischen Restaurants und rechts davon auf den etwas weiter hinten gelegenen Buckow-See.
Das A-la-carte-Essen der Gaststätte ist hervorragend, die Köche verstehen ihr Handwerk. Unser Kleiner war ebenfalls sehr zufrieden, die angebotenen Kindergerichte fallen üppig aus und ich hätte beinahe den Milchreis mit Apfelmus als Nachtisch nochmal für mich selbst bestellt, wäre ich nicht schon satt gewesen von der vorzüglichen Kohlroulade.
Das Personal war stets aufmerksam und freundlich.

Cons:

Höchstens eine Kleinigkeit, die unser Gesamterlebnis aber in keiner Weise beeinträchtigt hat: Abnutzungsbeschädigung der Toilettendeckel-/Brilleneinheit, aber so etwas kann immer mal sein.

Die Ausstattung war angemessen

Cons:

Der Fernseher und das WLAN haben nicht funktioniert. Das Zimmer war schlecht belüftet und für den Sommer viel zu heiß. Hier müsste mit einer Klimaanlage nachgebessert werden.
