Wonderful small oasis in Cat Ba
Pros:

This place is an oasis. Down a small quiet road, about 15-20 from the center of cat ba town, filled with greenery, the owner is attentive and lovely to deal with. At night it's quiet. It is also 10 minute walk from a lovely beach that is not one of the "big 3" (Cat Co 1-3) which we had almost to ourselves. Would recommend highly.

Peaceful setting with amazing hosts!
Pros:

Beautiful location with very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The included breakfast was very good and the coffee was fantastic! We felt taken care of like family here and loved the kittens and golden retriever!

Cons:

A bit far to walk to the city, but the location is quiet and peaceful.

Ein sehr entspannender, ruhiger & idyllischer Ort. Wenn man etwas sucht das etwas abseits vom Trubel liegt ist man hier goldrichtig (und mit dem Taxi oder Roller ist man immer noch schnell genug im Zentrum).

Pros:

Our family is absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel. We truly enjoyed a relaxing getaway in peace and quiet, away from the city center. We had a wonderful beach nearby, and the hotel offered excellent European-style breakfasts and very delicious egg coffee! The atmosphere at the hotel was very calm and friendly. It's such a pity that we only booked five days. Our room was spacious and clean, and the hotel grounds were full of flowers and shrubs. There's a national park nearby. We thank all the hotel staff for creating a warm, homey atmosphere of comfort, care, and coziness!

Oase in Cát Bà
Pros:

De kleinschalige opzet op een rustige, mooie plek. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en meedenkend. De koffie is divers en heerlijk, het ontbijt ook. Hele lieve huisdieren: een hond en poezen (en kittens!). Prachtige bungalows.

Cons:

Het enige minpuntje is dat er geen verduisterende gordijnen zijn, waardoor ik steeds vroeg wakker werd.
