• Location, close to train station and metro
• Had an air conditioning
• Hotel staff was very helpful
• Nice balcony, but an outside it is noisy
• Room has OK isolating from the outside noises, especially if you close the windows
• There were long curtains in the hotel room that blocked sunlight and outside light, allowing us to sleep in comfortably.

• At first, we were not very lucky—the shower wasn’t very clean, so we asked the hotel management to clean it again. It was resolved afterward
• Be aware that the hotel itself is fine, but it is located beneath a metro line. As a result, you may hear loud train noise at regular intervals while resting or sleeping.

Очень удобное расположение
Pros:

Расположение супер. Прям рядом с вокзалом, буквально 3 минуты и вы в отеле. Пешком близко до оперы и галереи Лафайет. На вокзале есть продуктовый магазин, если нужно купить воду или что-то еще в отель. От вокзала удобно добираться на метро куда угодно 😄в Париже.

Cons:

Отель старенький. Комнаты маленькие, но не снижала оценку за это, потому что в Париже это стандартно. В комнате нет ничего дополнительного вроде чайника, холодильника. Опять-таки оценку за это не снижала , просто пишу для информации тем, кто соберется останавливаться в этом отеле
