Fantastisch
Pros:

De service was fantastisch en het personeel was super behulpzaam en gaf ons uitstekende aanbevelingen. Kamers waren erg netjes en roomservice maakte het elke dag weer helemaal netjes. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is zeer hoog.

Une amélioration pour le bruit et tout sera parfait
Pros:

Très propre, odeur très agréable, agréable patio fraîcheur, personnel très sympa et souriant

Cons:

Gros problème d’insonorisation dans les chambres!!! Rue très bruyante besoin de triple vitrage….

Pros:

Oceňuji pohodlný nový hotel v této části Prahy, hotel nabízí i omezenou možnost parkování, které (chápu) není prostorné, problematický byl jen výjezd z parkingu na ulici Cimburkova - ulice je úzká, jednosměrná, auta parkují po obou stranách ulice a pokud nemáte menší auto, chce to trochu trpělivosti, abyste vyjeli bez kolize. Hotel voní novotou, takže host odpustí stále probíhající práci v hotelu, personál je velice milý, ochotný a vstřícný, drobné chybky se dají odpustit.

Cons:

problém jen s výjezdem z parkování, ale zvládli jsme to bez kolize se stojícími auty.

Two sleepless nights, two faulty rooms, and a refund process that has gone nowhere!
Pros:

Great location, and the property felt quite modern.

Cons:

I stayed for 3 nights and could barely sleep for 2 of those nights because the temperature control in my rooms were completely broken, stuck at a sweltering 26.6°C (in the first room) and ~25° (in the second room) with no way to change it. I had to move my rooms twice - there was a third room (which finally worked)!

On day one, I raised the issue and was told a technician would fix it. I returned in the evening to find the problem still there. At this point, rather than moving me to a working room, they moved me to another room in the same building. Same fault. Another sleepless night.

Only after this second failure did a staff member finally admit that the temperature system in that building had issues, something that they clearly knew, and moved me to another building altogether. This should have happened from the moment the technician failed to fix it on day one. The lack of transparency and accountability was unacceptable.

I was asked to fill out a refund form, which I did. I have heard absolutely nothing back.

I have stayed in countless hotels around the world and never once felt compelled to write a review, until now. That says everything.

An honest review
Pros:

The hotel was super modern, the staff were fantastic and very friendly. The room was very big and the bed was comfortable. The shower water was warm and strong.

Výborná snídaně, personál parádní.
Pros:

Ubytování vybírám podle pokojů, okolí a snídaně.

Tady to vše splnilo co mělo. Snídaně výborné - člověk si vybere, od každého trochu. (Ovoce, jogurt, klasika - vajíčka, párek, slanina, fazolky..) čerstvý chleba. Sladké pečivo.

Jediné co byl mínus je džus, nemají 100% ovocné ale nějaké méně procentní.
Káva dobrá :)


Pokoj prostorný. Příjemné. Nové

Cons:

Parkování v užších prostorech, na zdi napsáno, že neručí za jakékoliv poškození nedejbože vykradení - nemají kamery. Za 650/den jsem čekala, že tam auto bude v bezpečí a hlídané..

Překvapil nás úklid, který nám během toho co jsme byli na snídani vysvlékl postel a vzal všechny ručníky 😄 a pár detailů, ty jsme vyřešili.
