Cons:

Las instalaciones estaban en modo "cierre de temporada" peroooo con los precios de temporada alta....cafetería cerrada, jardín muy poco limpio y la recepción inexistente.

No hay buena relación calidad precio. Mas que un hotel parece un aparta hotel. El salón y la cafetería permanecían cerrados salvo para el desayuno. No había conserjería

El entorno en el que se encuentra

Cons:

No hay personal allí, te reciben llamando por teléfono cuando llegas y a pesar de que nos permitieron entrar una hora antes de las 17:00 tuvimos que ayudar a más de una persona a acceder porque eran extranjeros y no sabían entrar en el hotel. Además la suite es muy incómoda por el techo abuardillado tan bajo

Enchanting old and new
Pros:

It was a very charming place to stay with my family of ten - seven adults and three children. We stayed in the guest house, and it was perfect for a family of five. We also had three comfortable guest rooms for double occupancy. All rooms had very modern and excellent bathrooms. The views from those second story rooms were special. At night, we sat on the old, old balcony and listened to the birds and insects. We enjoyed great food at restaurants within a very short walking distance and also made coffee and picnics before hiking the nearby trails. All of it was a perfect escape after spending a week in Madrid and Barcelona.

Pros:

Due stelle invece di una perché la camera era pulita, a parte un paio di ragnatele. Questa è stata l’unica cosa positiva, il che non è poco, ma non è abbastanza.

Cons:

Alla reception in due giorni non ho visto mai nessuno. Il check in è stato fatto al telefono, dopo venti minuti che provavo a chiamare senza risposta. La voce al telefono parlava un inglese molto approssimativo e mi ha solo dato il codice per aprire la cassetta della posta con la chiave della nostra stanza. Fine delle informazioni. Tutto il resto ci è stato detto da una coppia gentile di spagnoli che pernottavano nella stanza accanto.
Puzzo di fiori marci, luce di emergenza sparata negli occhi tutta la notte (con una bella ragnatela sotto), balcone con chiodi in rilievo e tavole di legno sconnesse e marce. Scuri alle finestre rotti, una stanza doppia pagata come tale, ma delle dimensioni di una singola. Colazione appena sufficiente. Il pos non funzionava. Sembra un posto degli anni settanta, abbandonato dagli anni 20. Esperienza pessima, e Proaza è un posto tremendo, non offre nulla, si mangia male e si spende troppo. Se volete andare alla senda del oso fatelo in giornata alloggiando a Oviedo.

Volgende keer in Oviedo overnachten en met de auto naar Proaza.
Pros:

Goede bedden, mooie omgeving en wandel mogelijkheden.

Cons:

Het is een spookhotel waar je alleen verblijft, inchecken via app en telefoon,geen personeel, geen ontbijt. Ook in het plaatsje zijn buiten “het” seizoen weinig mogelijkheden om iets te eten alles sluit heel vroeg of is gesloten. Op de site lijkt het leuk.
