Extremely disappointing stay-dirty room and bed linen, an hour-long delay in resolving the issue

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The bed linen and the room were not clean when I arrived, which was unacceptable. When I asked the staff to change the linen and address the issue, it took around an hour before anything was done. This was extremely frustrating.
The location was also inconvenient, and I found the staff uncooperative and unhelpful when I raised my concerns. Overall, the experience fell far short of what I expected.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to others. I was also left questioning the reliability of some of the positive reviews, as my experience was very different from what those reviews suggested.

Nice affordable Hotel with a warm n cordial staff .
Pros:

Breakfast was good and was included in the price we paid for the room .Even Lunch & Dinner were tasty . It is a good affordable hotel which is very near by to the Raipur Railway Junction. We had a Nice stay and will definitely stay over here only , if in future we travel to Raipur also we will recommend it to our near n dear ones.
