The room that we booked was not available.
Cons:

We booked at around 12pm and were told check in was at 3pm. Three hours later - after waiting in a mall in Riyadh with my wife and four kids - we went to check in but was told by the receptionist to wait in the reception. 15 minutes later, she said that the room we booked was not available and that they could offer another room after one more hour. We left.
