Kurzer geschäftlicher Aufenthalt. Erfüllt den Bedarf
Pros:

Da ich geschäftlich unterwegs war ist Lage und Basis Einrichtungen am wichtigste. Die Möglichkeit unkompliziert den alten Saal zu verwendenfand ich sehr grosszügig. Das habe ich am meisten geschätzt.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, allerdings nicht wirklich ruhig.
Das gesamte Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Zimmer waren sauber, das 4 Bett hatte in der Küche auch eine Klimaanlage.

Cons:

Trotz der Bemühungen hatte das Bad einen strengen Geruch.

Insgesammt war der Preis für das Hotel nicht gerechtfertigt.

Zentral gelegen.
Reichhaltiges Frühstück

Cons:

Überfordertes Personal bein Einchecken.
Den Fahrstuhl für den dritten Stock, habe ich zufällig gefunden.
Ein Chef der einem sm Abebd dutzt und am Morgen wieder ehrt.

Gute Lage und freundliches Personal, jedoch etwas ältere Infrastruktur.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht, wenn auch der Chef in den Ferien war.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren nicht klimatisiert und entsprechend war es auch in der Nacht sehr heiss (trotz Ventilator).

Pros:

I was some anxious before arriving because of lack of air conditioners in rooms, but I was very surprised to get an upgrade, namely, a junior suite instead of regular room which was amazing! Everything was great - staff, cleanness, location so close to Pilatus and Lucerne.

Cons:

Breakfast was good but I suggest to add fresh vegetables.

Wir waren nur zur Übernachtung da, aber man war sehr zuvorkommend, der Parkplatz war vorhanden, Zimmer sauber, das Morgenbüffe ausgiebig.

Cons:

Es war heiss in der Nacht und der Ventilator etwas laut. Aber imerhin war da ein Ventilator. Also, nicht schlimm.

Très joli hôtel, la chambre.

Cons:

Notre chambre donnait au-dessus de la terrasse du restaurant et nous étions obligés d’avoir les fenêtres ouvertes avec la chaleur qu’il faisait. Impossible de dormir avec le bruit de la terrasse et de la route

Un’ottima esperienza.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel 5 notti, e siamo state benissimo! Struttura accogliente, ottima posizione per noi che ci muovevamo nei dintorni. Inoltre il fiume è proprio dietro l’hotel ed offre una bellissima passeggiata per arrivare al lago. Abbiamo avuto un free upgrade per la stanza. Era veramente graziosa. Sempre molto profumata e pulita. Lascio una nota molto positiva per le signore delle pulizie. Il personale era sempre gentile e disponibile. Una sera inoltre abbiamo mangiato presso la struttura: cobo fresco, saporito e molto buono. Ci terrei a spendere due parole per la colazione: avevamo la colazione compresa nella tariffa e ci allietava ogni mattina la giornata. Prodotti da forno caldi (pane e cornetti), croccanti e appena sfornati. Yogurt marmellata e frutta sempre freschi. I cornetti erano buonissimi. Se dovesse capitare, torneremo sicuramente. Grazie mille per l’ospitalità.

Excellent séjour d'une semaine.
Nous avons eu une très grande chambre ,c'était carrément un appartement. Très propre. Parking sur place. Petit déjeuner très bon et varié.
Le personnel est adorable. Le patron est aux petits soins. Merci pour votre accueil.

Great stay, very friendly staff!
Pros:

A very nice hotel in a picturesque little town. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a great and spacey room, with everything we needed. Breakfast was ok. We had dinner in the hotel on two nights, which was very good.
