Situation centrale, personnel très accueillant, quelques éléments à régler
Pros:

• une chambre spacieuse
• une grande armoire pour accueillir les vêtements
• une situation centrale à Sarnen
• possibilité de parquer son véhicule (mais un peu étroit)
• une belle salle de bain, bien aménagée
• un bon matelas
• la personne de l'accueil toujours avec le sourire et la bonne volonté
• ascenseur spacieux pour tous les étages
• petit déjeuner simple avec du pain du matin, très bon (sauf jus d'orange)

Cons:

• l'accueil a été étrange, porte fermée, il fallait téléphoner à un n°, l'après-midi à 15h00
• la climatisation dont le compresseur fait un bruit de tracteur toutes les 3 à 10 minutes
• des oreillers trop mous
• un sous-effectif du personnel (au demeurant fort aimable)
• le mini bar en panne (embêtant lors de la canicule)
• étonnant : il n'y avait pas de remplaçant pour le technicien en vacances :-(
• contrairement à ce qui était indiqué sur Booking, français pas parlé, mais personnel disposé à comprendre

Es war während dieser Tage sehr heiss, es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Als ich das Fenster geöffnet hatte nachts musste ich fest stellen, dass der Kirchenturm in der Nähe ist jede Viertelstunde bimmelt ...

Ottimo hotel ristrutturato di recente
Pros:

Camere ampie e ristrutturate di recente, colazione con poca scelta ma buona, personale molto gentile anche se non parlano inglese però ci siamo comunque capiti a gesti. Parking gratuito nel retro dell hotel anche se l’accesso è un po’ difficoltoso
