Good location / well maintained hotel
Pros:

Hotel is located short walk from Sendai Train Station ( follow direction East exit level down from jr,shinkansen to the end 😉).Close to Family Mart, restaurants, pubs and shopping centre, Sendai shooping promenade. Nice design with comfy small room. All equipment provided. Friendly staff ( english speaking ). Fresh towels delivered every day. Respect.

Pros:

駅近で便利。部屋も無駄がなく合理的な作りだけど、でもちゃんと所々こだわりを感じるところ。
素泊まりの予定だったが朝食の写真が魅力的でチェックイン時に朝食付きに変更。美味しかったし納得。

Cons:

写真の期待感ほどのお部屋ではなかった。結果として部屋は悪い雰囲気では無いが、写真の雰囲気とは若干異なるのでなんとも言えない感じ。サイトの写真は上手く撮れてるという印象。ありのまま映せば良いのに、と思った。

朝食が最高！
Pros:

ライブのための宿泊でしたが、時間が気になって早めに手続きしようと待っていたら、早めに入室させてくれてとても助かりました！観光場所からはやや離れていましたが、線路沿いを歩いて到着できました。とにかくコンパクトで、冷蔵庫の場所にもびっくり！でもとても綺麗でした。近隣のホテルで、仙台らしい朝食ブッフェ付きなどありましたが、こちらの洋食スタイル、それもとってもオシャレでしかも美味しくてヘルシーで、1番気に入りました！

Cons:

思った以上に狭かったー。本当にコンパクトでびっくり、でしたが必要なものは揃っていました。また、10階のラプラスのお部屋を見学させてもらったら、広々でしたので、色々かもしれません。あと、エアコンの音がうるさく感じました。切っても大丈夫な陽気で助かりました。

Mehr bekommen, als erwartet
Pros:

Das Personal ist wirklich sehr hilfsbereit, sogar in meinem Fall als mein Koffer mit einem Schaden geliefert wurde, haben sie mir so gut sie konnten geholfen.
Es war auch interessant, dass es Pokemon-Zimmer gibt, diese waren für mich als Alleinreisende zu teuer 🤣

Cons:

Das Zimmer war kleiner als erwartet und am Eingang gibt es Treppen zur Rezeption, ohne Alternative. Ich würde empfehlen, mit leichtem und kleinem Gepäck zu reisen.

Great place to stay, happy to come visit again, inconveniences were minor and could be managed.
Pros:

Friendly and patient staff! The sleepwear by the elevator for guests was great. Good location, not far from the station.

Cons:

The room I received was smaller than I expected. I had to take some time to work out where to unpack my things. Check-in was a little tricky due to a number of requests (e.g. window cleaning) and my limited Japanese.
