Pros:

Emplacement ideal au centre ville, hotel bien entretenue, chambre propre et spacieuse avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Personnel agréable et à l'écoute.

Cons:

Certains clients ne respectent pas la consigne de ne pas fumer dans la chambre, odeur de tabac parfois dans la salle de bain.

Pros:

We really liked the location as it is in the city center - close to bars, restaurants, shops and a park. However parking was chalanging as there are only two parking spots for the whole hotel. Tge lady at recdption was friendly anx helpful. The room was surprisingly spacious. It has AC and no nets on the windows so we had to fight off a few mosquitos. The bathroom was clean but the shower cabin and the door need some repairs. As we arrived there was no water - it seems Shumen experiences frequent water disturbuncies, so a few extra bottles of water would be a good idea. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I can deffinatelly recomend for a short visit.

Great value for money choice. Excellent location and service.
Pros:

We got the big Appartment on the 4th floor. Very spacious anc comfortable with a big double beams and a full kitchen. Great location in the Center of the town.

Cons:

There were some works done that started at 7.30 in the morning.
